Fantastic little coffee spot in downtown Clayton, GA. Plenty of space to chat with friends, read a book or find a quiet spot to work. The upstairs area is a nice touch. Plenty of pastry options, including GF, which is great for my dime piece. Between the three of us we had the CC cookie, GF coffee cake and Almond bar. All three were fresh and delicious. They also had a small market and temperature controlled wine room. We will definitely stop here each time we're passing through. read more

I love this coffee shop but I had a very rude and upsetting encounter with the young girl working there. I bought coffee beans yesterday for $15.99 and they were awful ...very watered down. I even used 4 scoops with my French Press and still no flavor or aroma. I brought the nearly full bag of beans today to return the bag and hopefully get my money back or to exchange for the Cool Beans. No big deal. Apparently, it was a huge deal. The young girl spoke to me rudely in front of a long line of people about how others seem to like the coffee, and that this would be the only time she would ever do this for me (like I would try to return coffee beans all the time.) I was highly embarrassed. Yes, I know the shop was busy but there was no reason to speak so harshly to me and to make a scene in front of everyone. When I asked to speak to her manager, she got teary and told me how stressed she is and she apologized. I thanked her for her apology. While making my latte, I then heard her say to her co-worker, I just want her out of here. WTF? She's the one who caused the scene and then made me look like I was the rude one. Totally unacceptable customer service even for a young person. Doubt I'll go back. I'll give my business to Clayton Cafe instead. read more

We went to Provisions EVERY SINGLE MORNING that we were in town for some COVID getaway time. We very much appreciated the fact that this establishment made masks a must to enter the building and all staff had masks on plus they limited the number of guests inside. The coffee drinks were delicious but the Chai Tea that they use is fantastic. Ivy seems to work there A LOT and she is a very friendly face and ambassador for White Birch Provisions. Thank you, Ivy. Being an out of towner I was a little hesitant to order from a small bakery but knew I wanted something besides an ordinary sheet cake from Ingles. I reached out to WBP via Facebook, communication was a breeze, we decided on a Red Velvet Cake along with a dozen peanut free chocolate chip cookies. Happy to oblige, the order was a go. The day of pick up we were directed to the most charming little stone cottage in downtown Clayton, inside the shop wafting with scents of espresso & baked treats. Our order was waiting for us, I also purchased an iced coffee & the Hublet had the most divine treat- sort of an everything but the kitchen sink bar type thing. My god- we were practically fighting over the last crumbs in the bag. Our family absolutely RAVED about the red velvet cake & our peanut allergic nieces were over the moon with their special cookies. I got a sugar free cappuccino (lots of sf flavored options and dairy alternatives) and my kids enjoyed huge butterscotch cookies. The ladies were super friendly. Cute atmosphere, I wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. Located right in a downtown area, other adorable shops. Seems like the perfect place to grab a coffee and meander in the fall months. Located in the shopping area of Clayton, it's the perfect place to stop for a coffee and cigar. The coffee was phenomenal, and dare I say, better than Starbucks itself. One thing I really appreciated was her asking what kind of milk I liked, then having every option I could think of! It's cute and classy decor, without being cluttered. She had trendy merchandise as well, perfect for little gifts. There was a little area to sit and people watch, plus an area upstairs with plush chairs to enjoy your coffee. Aside from coffee, there are small side-rooms, one with wine and cigars and one with meats and cheeses. We can't wait to come back and make it a tradition while in Clayton! read more

The price of the coffee is fair, cheaper than Starbucks but not as cheap as Dunkin'. Nonetheless the coffee is quality.
