I mean...for sliders they are good, but what is my comparison? I've only been here a handful of times and years in between each time, as I'm from Texas and White Castle hasn't made it here yet. However, I have to stop whenever I see one. I introduced my wife to them and she said they were good but nothing spectacular. Don't get your hopes up, but they are good. I could stand 4-6 of them, but anything more, and I started to feel blah...well...maybe any 4-6 sandwiches would make me feel that way, but well, they're white castles and you're supposed to eat a "sack." read more

The inside was very clean, and spacious. The prompt, and friendly staff delivered me a very tasty order of sweet potato fries. I would like to see more restaurants offer sweet potato fries if they are going to offer french fries. read more

It was a standard White Castle. Good as normal, but the guy at the register had a serious attitude.

Grabbed some cheeseburger sliders here in the drive through. The drive through process was fast and easy. No line. My order came out perfectly -- no mistakes. The burgers were juicy. French fries were also solid - crispy and hot. They included enough of everything you needed - napkins, ketchup, etc. read more

I've never eaten at a White Castle until I moved to E-Town in the summer of 2012. Deprived or lucky? Anyway, once is enough. The only semi-redeeming factor was self-serve Big Red in the soda fountain. That novelty lasted about 10 minutes. read more

Always the goto place when our great-grand daughter is visiting. And other times just for us. Only once did I have a complaint and wrote coporate and they handle it wonderfully. Got me to go back again from that and been going since, Good place to go even seeing it's by the expressway. Need to put one back in Radcliff again. read more

What's the point of ordering online if you have to wait when you get there. Gentlemen behind the counter was pretty rude

The store has recently been remodeled and is now utilizing the "Open Kitchen" design as a test location. First of all, let me say that the store WAS aesthetically pleasing. But other than that, I found the layout to be horribly lacking in intuitiveness. As you walk through the door, you immediately notice that the front counter is nowhere to be seen, as it is hidden behind a half wall in the rear of the store. Then you must walk past the drink station (which is located in the center of the store and the main isle). If anyone is getting their drinks, they are forced to stand directly in the way of incoming guests. Once you finally approach the counter, you must weave through a cramped, uncomfortable line area to get to the register. The are a is so counter-intuitive that it had to be marked with an orange "Enter" sign to get people to realize what to do. Now you can order the food at the register, provided you strain your neck to view the menu which is now wrapped around the walls directly above you. The type is larger, and so are the pictures, but the purpose is lost, as it is now harder to view. Once you have ordered, you may now take your cup back to the center of the store to the drink station, only to return and stand in an awkwardly formed group of people waiting on food who now have nowhere to go but stand directly in the path of incoming guests once again. The idea behind this layout (I was told) was the "Open Kitchen" which is no more open then before other than the fact that the grills are now in the middle. In truth, the store now looks very "trendy", with store merchandise for sale as well as frozen White Castles and bottled water. Your restaurants are normally very simple to navigate, this one is not. Pretty good place to eat. I went there mainly after seeing the Harold and Kumar Goes to White Castle Movie. The place was pretty clean. A little pricey for such small hamburger sliders, but then again, I can't complain. I liked their jalapeño cheeseburger sliders and the fries so far. I think I will go there again when I wanted something light to eat or if I think about that Harold and Kumar movie. read more

I actually think this restaurant is a rather good one. They are a little slower than some in Louisville, but they get it done. The sliders are either something you love just because it's distinguished "white castle" taste or something you hate. Trying to rate their food to Wendy's or other burger chains just isn't realistic in my opinion because White Castle just has it's own unique flavor, and I for one love those little burgers! I just wished I lived closer, I'd get them all the time. I actually don't know of anyone who don't like them...at least around here, we just live too far away for it to be a "go to" place. read more

We make a number of trips each year from Florida to Chicago and always stop at this White Castle (Mile Marker 94). The restaurant is very clean; food is tummy bombing delicious and the staff is quick and very courteous. read more
