Placed an order with the app, got a confirmation and pickup time and when I got there, no one answered at the drive thru speaker so I pulled around to the window to find a piece of paper taped to the window saying they closed at 11pm! Why didn't they update their app?!?!?! Of course, I'm still out my money that I paid for my order that I didn't get!!!!! read more

They've been getting better so I'll give them a second star (see my earlier reviews to see what I was talking about.) I have something new to review so here it is... Ghost Pepper Slider Hash Rounds What Is It: It's a traditional slider with onions, a pickle, and ghost pepper cheese. The hash rounds are basically tater tots. Presentation: It looks like all their other sliders with the exception of adding a red ghost pepper label to it. The hash rounds look fine too. 6 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: This was a pretty good effort. The cheese was not overpowering (not for me anyway) but did have a good amount of kick to it. It works perfectly with the flavours that already come in a White Castle slider. The hash rounds are like any other tater tots you've ever had but they didn't mess them up either. It may seem strange to do a review on this fast food baby burger joint being one that doesn't eat animal's may seem even stranger, BUT they are ahead of the curve. White Castles now offers the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER AND ITS DELICIOUS. No more 2:00 am fries for me, now I can actually order something that no other fast food has been able to do this far and that is accommodate the masses not just one lane of customer. I may not eat fast food often, but once in awhile in a rush you need an option beyond pizza. Thank you a White Castle for giving vegetarian something good. Maybe now McD and BK will follow suit. I'm not going to neglect the crinkle fries which is the best fry out there. This just felt like the weirdest review for me, but accolades were needed. read more

What is happening to the owners and managers? I stopped in, per usual, every couple of weeks and the place was filthy! Counters caked with crud...employees half delirious...coffee old and cold..this was 7:30 AM. Food all over the floors...only two employees there for the AM rush. Neither could return change correctly! I'm running out of clean WCs...... Florence, KY, is even dirtier! Come on owners and managers! read more

Eat at your own risk! Made the mistake of coming during shift change. Was the only customer and stood at the counter for 2 minutes before being acknowledged. Watched 6 kids socialize with each other for 8 minutes without washing hands or donning gloves. Left after seeing a boy carrying a piece of chicken from one side of the store to the kitchen for my sandwich. These children are unsupervised, unskilled and altogether disinterested with their job. Will reserve my patronage for stores with adult employees in the future. read more

I spent 30 minutes in the Drive thru. I wasn't angry, I ordered 5 1921 sliders and a side of fries. When I finally got to the window I looked in my bag, there were three 1921 sliders and mozzarella cheese sticks. I told the drive thru employee that I ordered 5 1921 sliders, and one order of fries. He took the order back, returns with THREE 1921 sliders and no fries. I again said I ordered 5 sliders and fries. He takes the bag again, get it back with the fires, but only THREE sliders! I am so unhappy with the service! Plus in the rush I did NOT get a receipt! I have the charge showing on my credit card. I noticed other cars leaving the drive thru line due to the long wait. Again I did not mind the wait, but to mess up my order three times is simply unacceptable. DO NOT go to the Dixie HWY location in Erlanger. They can't get anything right! read more

Came in on a chilly, rainy day on my motorcycle to warm up and get some coffee/breakfast. Obvious I was riding a bike as I had my helmet and riding gear on when entering the store. I was only told after I received my food that I couldn't eat inside. Had I known that I would have ridden less than a block down the street and eaten at McDonald's. read more

Wow, crave case is a perfect fat Tuesday office meal. Smells GREAT!

We visit this location often and normally for a fast food place it gets fairly high marks. Today was an exception. The staff: There was a very good gentleman there who was working very hard to make up for the poor work ethic and rudeness of his counterparts. During our half hour visit, he was the only individual who bothered to clean anything. I saw him mop, wipe down counters and clean up trash. He also did his best to fix a soda machine that would not produce diet sodas. Meanwhile his manager, who was not garbed in white castle attire, showed little interest in the broken machine except to yell at him for not fixing it. She had also set up someone on a training video during lunch rush. The volume of the video was annoying and could be clearly heard in the lobby. More on her later. The other two workers were not working. One was leaning and the other was messing around. I saw him throw a napkin at the trash like a basketball and ignore a customer. Atmosphere: It was filthy. The front counter had spills all over it. The drink station had empty straw wrappers strewn about and the floor had not been mopped. Our table had drink rings on it. The food: the food was hot and delicious as usual, however, my husband is diabetic and requires diet soda. He was unable to get a soda until the end of his meal of jalepano sliders. There was no compensation or even an apology from the manager who didn't even acknowledge him. The young man who was trying to fix it was eventually able to fill his drink behind the counter near the end of our meal. Side note: A gentleman came in during our visit and asked for what was clearly a regular meal and a water. He was handed a very small water cup. He asked for a larger cup. The manager informed him that if he wanted a larger cup he would have to pay 0.49. He told her he had been coming in regularly for over 10 years and had never been asked to pay for the larger cup. She told him that from now on he would have to pay. He angrily asked for his money back and told her he would not be back. This man was clearly a regular. This woman was rude and behaved poorly and lost a regular customer. It also seems a little extreme to charge 0.49 for a cup. I do not blame the gentleman. I was also under the impression that managers in White Castle stores where required to wear uniforms. The woman wore only a blue t-shirt and black pants. I honestly thought she must be new and not have a uniform yet. Her conduct and dress were very unprofessional. The jist: This White Castle generally impresses, but honestly if I see this manager in here again I will leave instead of ordering. read more

I've order from this location numerous times, we always enjoyed all our meals... and wanting a shake at night, their shake machine is always up and working...not like a lot of their competition who make up excuses for breaking down their machine early (hours before they close) to clean it. read more

I knew I needed to stop by White Castle while I was home in Cincy and I was sure glad I did. The sliders were awesome. just like I remembered. The fries are wrinkle cut and were nice and crispy. I got a milkshake to finish off my lunch and it was a great finish to my meal. This is definitely a must try if you are in Cincy. read more

This is the best customer service and hot food service at any restaurant in the area believe it or not. Cheerful workers, and they treat you like you are important enough to get the order right every time and the mozzarella sticks are always fresh and hot. I like how pleasant the drive-thru people are and they are always friendly and smiling to me every time... even if I have a coupon! I see the same three people on this shift alternately waiting on me at the drive thru window and they are all da-bomb! They really care. I hope they read this as I do not know their names. I usually go around 10:15 pm to midnight, 2 or 3 times per week-talk about consistency and greatness in one restaurant!. So anyway they are open 24 hours. There was a hole in the drive thru lane last week from the bad weather and they fixed it already- way to go you guys! Just went there tonight and again had really friendly, great service. 5 stars! my siblings and i came in to this facility with our dear old granny. we were expecting a world of wonder based on the advertisements we had seen. we each ordered a nutella belgian waffle. they were each $2. they were probably the size of a cookie from the dann dollar store. they were unbelieveably little. also, granny ordered a senior coffee for 73 cents. it was only about 4 swallows of coffee. ole granny has never seen a coffee cup this little in her life. granny wanted to get her coffee topped off but they said she had to buy another one! we left the establishment hungry! dissapointing! read more

The Erlanger KYWhite Castle is the worst place to eat. they always get your order wrong. The manager on duty tonight packed the order and said its right only one bag. we live 30 minutes away and it was wrong. i called and told them they messed it up and to replace the whole order because now the food was cold. He said can you come back up here and he would replace what was missing. I told no you make the entire order and we would come back up. he said he couldn't do it. well we will NEVER eat there again and I will send a complaint to the corporate office.
