O'Dells was good! I met my brother and SIL here on a Sunday night (coincidentally the night before St. Patrick's Day) and it was pretty packed! Due to the holiday, there was a bit of a wait, but the servers were quite attentive in making sure we knew we would be seated as soon as possible. We were sat at a high top near the bar. This spot definitely has a pub, quaint feel to it which I definitely appreciate. The servers were prompt and helpful in getting our orders in. I ordered a Caesar salad and Dublin dip. The salad was good and fresh, and I liked the dressing. The Dublin dip was good as well, it came out a bit colder than I prefer but the flavors with the provel were good. Fries were tasty and crispy. I had a bite of my SILs corned beef she ordered and that was delicious. I'd return!

Solid Irish Pub with freshly prepared food options, and wide craft brew list, full bar or other beverages. A classic spot to grab lunch, watch a ballgame, or meet-up with family and friends. Enjoy casual and traditional ambience, traditional bar decor, and plenty of seating on restaurant side or bar side, plus friendly service from their staff. Overall a 3.5+ rated experience for me. Expect to pay ~$10-15pp for a meal, plus beverages; nice variety of starter apps, salads, burgers or sandwiches with reasonable food pricing. Today we started with their signature "Jack" Wings, tossed in special homemade sauce - tasty and good but my personal preference is a regular buffalo hot sauce. I tried the daily soup, and LOVED the homemade creamy Clam Chowder special - large bowl with chunky fixin's and excellent flavor! For entrees, ordered the Frisco Melt and a Reuben. Frisco burger was good on grilled sourdough, with plenty of cheese and 1/2 lb. burger; next time i'd try the Paddy Melt with Swiss and grilled onions for a little more flavor. Reuben was solid, altho the corn beef wasn't as tender as i've had, but still a good, filling sandwich. The staff service was friendly and efficient, so I'd definitely return to dine again if in the Ellisville area. Enjoy!

We needed a place to take a lunch break from getting rained out of Six Flags and opened Yelp to find this Pub high on the list and less than ten minutes away from the theme park. The location of this Pub is great- on a nice downtown strip with nearby shops. The inside was very Irish Pub aesthetic. There was a great choice of traditional Irish dishes on the menu. The service was good. One thing I really liked about the Pub were the trivial pursiut cards on the table to play with each other while you wait. The frisco melt was pretty poor- the thousand island dressing was very scarce and the burger was so charred that the burnt taste overpowered the whole sandwich. The water tastes like straight tap, lead water, undrinkable for me. The fries were great though!

Updated review on restaurant and happy to report that the place is still going strong and as popular as ever with fantastic service, full bar, kid friendly and very attentive service. The Eureka burger is great , well seasoned burger loaded with cheese, bacon , onion straws and bbq sauce served with fries .

What a lovely little pub. Was driving by and saw it and we decided to stop by for a pint and a bowl of soup. They had several options of beer on draft to choose from. I ordered the Guinness French onion soup, and my friend ordered the clam chowder. Both of the soups were very delicious. Tons of flavor and seasoning in them. We also ordered an appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip. That was very good as well. The pita bread came out warm and fluffy. We will definitely be back to try some of their other options. It looked like they had a couple different areas to sit at. There was a section in the back that had four really cute booths if you want a little bit more quiet/privacy. We got there shortly after three, but I believe that they said they had happy hour specials that started at four. The waitresses were very attentive and seem to all work together to make sure that you didn't need anything at any time.

Place is nice. Waitress was awesome. Fish and chips dinner for $19 was some of the worst fish I have ever eaten. Old, cold and chewy.

Very bad service . We sat over 30 minutes. No one even show up after a drink. If you have a lot of time to kill, you might work for you.

One of my favorites in town. Always great food and a pleasant experience. The Irish Cobb salad is awesome and so are their steak fries.

Wildwood Pub and Grill has been a frequent meeting place of ours for years. The service is great,…read moreit is a sports bar so there is always a game on (if that's your gig) and the food is very good. My favorites here are the Wildwood salad with ranch (their ranch is perfect) and their thin crust, St. Louis style pizza. Tonight I had the 1/2 Wildwood salad. I always sub the spring mix for spinach, which is really filling.

They have a large patio that's out front - kind of part of the parking. We opted to sit inside. I think we waited about ten minutes before anyone came to our table. She asked if we had been helped yet and we said no. She got us a cocktail menu (one was not given to us with our food menus). She was a good server throughout our time there! We ordered drinks and a starter and then figured out our entrees. We LOVE big pretzels! I've never had a bad one - until the one we had here. It was not good. There were little black seed type things - maybe poppy seeds? Unusual and not good. But even without that - not good. And the two sauces that came with it weren't good. My husband had pizza and said it was okay. I got fish and chips and did not like it. There were three pieces of fish, tartar sauce, and coleslaw. I chose onion rings for my side. I ate one piece of fish. It was really overcooked. The tartar sauce was not good. I didn't try the coleslaw because it didn't even look like coleslaw! My husband will try just about anything and he wouldn't try it. The onion rings were okay. We were there on a Saturday night and it wasn't very busy. We won't be back.

Clancy's offers, Irish inspired bar and pub food ranging from corned beef and potatoes with cabbage to a classic Tavern burger with fries. The bar is fully stocked with American, Irish, Russian and everything in between liquor, beers, wines, and spirits for all to enjoy. Our night's like St. Patrick's Day and through the Linton season expect this pub to be packed from corner to corner to the heated patio outside. On busy nights you just have to kind of look and see for a table that's open or order takeout and enjoy sitting on the patio if you can't find seating on your own. Service can be a bit chaotic so I always recommend taking your time when wanting to visit this establishment on a busy night for regular dinner nights and lunch. It's a little bit slower so come and enjoy one of the weekly specials that will get you hooked on the environment and coming back for more. This restaurant is not very accessible for wheelchair users. There are a couple of steps around the restaurant and into the main dining room and the tables and boots are very close together so of traditional wheelchair will need a lot of adjustments to fit.

5 stars for Sawmill BBQ Pub & Grill…read more We were originally trying to go to another barbecue restaurant but they ran out of brisket (WHAT!). Then I typed in some great barbecue restaurants on Yelp, and there appeared Sawmill BBQ Pub & Grill. It looks like just a regular bar with a music stage, but don't judge a book by its cover - the food is amazing. The portions are massive and the prices are reasonable, as are the drink prices. This is definitely more of a locals joint, but definitely worth stopping in for anyone if you want some St. Louis style BBQ. The brisket platter was the best - big portions, 2 sides and 2 pieces of garlic bread. The Jalepano Mac and cheese balls are awesome, so much flavor. The salmon platter was also very tasty and fresh. The live music is fun (but loud), and our waitress was nice. Overall, if you what BBQ and are in the area, this is definitely worth checking out.
