Horrible service and horrible food! Waited 30 min for our food. Workers are in slow motion. The amount of food on the floor behind the counter was disturbing. I cannot explain how bad of an experience I had here on Saturday, December 23rd. If I could go negative 10 stars, I would've but I went one star because the burgers were fine. However the service, attitude, lack of communication and lack of apathy knocks 4 stars off immediately. So the order was as follows: 2 30 pack Crave Cases with Cheese and 1 20 pack Crave Case without Onions along with 3 large fries and 1 medium diet coke. We got our order 50 minutes later. 20 minutes in, we were told to move ahead from the window since the car behind us just had a 4 slider meal. We waited, and waited and waited with no update other than the guy asking us to move forward. Eventually, the customer behind us was waiting at the window for his 4 burger meal, never got it, looks like he asked for his money back and he sped off. After 30 more minutes of waiting, my cousin went inside to see what was going on. I followed 2-3 minutes later with the intention of asking for my money back. My cousin was handed bags and I asked the manager on duty the following: "So when I share my experience with White Castle on how we had to wait 50 minutes for our order what should I tell them you said about it"? This White Castle is poorly run and the staff are incredibly incompetent and rude. There is no sense of urgency with orders because the staff is a bunch of teens and early 20s who could give a damn about speed or efficiency. The general manager is lousy as well, abuses his power and sleeps with team mates and corporate seems to be okay with that?? because nothing has been done about the situation. The restaurant needs completely new management or to be taken off the map. Not a good place to send anyone to work, nor to be respected. Terrible food as well, I can tell the burgers have been sitting for a while and are hard and crunchy. The quality of the fried products are especially apparent when they old as well. The worse possible experience I ever had at a White Castle Restaurant! First of all, doors were locked and no sign was posted to only use the Drive-thru. Secondly, it took 45 minutes to place an order in the Drive-thru, but times being as they are, I understood and waited. I ordered 4 single cheeseburgers, 4 double cheeseburgers, and small fries. I only received 4 regular burgers, 2 double cheeseburgers, and small fries. I was charged for 4 single cheeseburgers, 4 double cheeseburgers, and small fries. The fries were cold and limp, the burgers besides not having any cheese on them did not have any ketchup/mustard either. In fact, they were the worse version of a slider I ever had! The place was clearly understaffed and should never have been open. The young lady that took my order and money could not have been more pleasant under the circumstances. The owner and manager of this location should have their license revoked. They give the White Castle brand a bad name. I am not in the habit of complaining. but as a result of this experience, it will be a long time before I visit another White Castle and it certainly won't be the one in my own backyard. read more

First time coming here, I was in need of some late night munchies. Went through the drive thru to get a number 5 meal with a strawberry banana smoothie. Drive thru service actually moved really well compared to other normal late night drive thrus. The food was pretty good actually good. The fries are sub par truthfully. The smoothie and chicken rings are always the best part. Staff is friendly and courteous. With the current coin shortage situation, I recommend you give them exact change or use your debit card. read more

I placed an order on line for pick up at 5:30 pm. I arrived and the young man at the counter asked for me name and then looked up my order and then walked away without telling me anything. I sat in a very dirty lobby for the next 20 minutes and watched 4 of the slowest moving people ever assemble my order while they proceeded to have zero customers inside and 2 orders in the drive thru. The young woman who handed me my assembled my order did not say thank you, sorry for the wait or anything as she placed it on the counter and walked away. Also they were out of Mac and cheese bites which they did not mention until after they had made my sandwiches and they would substitute mozzarella sticks. They were also out of all their sloppy Joe slider products according to their signs. I will not be going back to this White Castle and I would not recommend it to anyone I know. read more

Website wouldn't accept the free chicken rings coupon for my Crave Case order and these guys took care of me anyway on Independence Day and we're super friendly about it. They make up their own hours. They were randomly closed tonight for no reason and it was 6:45pm. They claimed they were "reopening" in 30 mins. Horrible management, 4 times now I go for breakfast at 6 pm and told they have no eggs so I get burgers. The meat is half on bun and tasted like crap . Today the guys tell me they aren't serving breakfast anymore. I look at the sign and it says breakfast all day . What a joke . It took over 15 min to get 4 burgers with only one car in front.
