I am so upset with the set of lashes I paid $96.00 dollars for. I went in last week and showed the lady multiple photos of what i wanted. I have small eyes, dont wear a ton of makeup and was looking for a natural and classic set of lashes. I wanted the lashes longer in the ends and made sure to stress I dont wear a lot of eye makeup and did not want over done huge heavy lashes. what i call "catapillar lashes" The lashes took 25 minutes. Seemed really quick and I felt like she was rushing the entire time. When I sat up and looked in the mirror my heart sank. It was all the things I made sure to stress that I DID NOT WANT. I told the girl I was upset. She asked why. the first thing I noticed about the lashes was that they were super uneven. and on one side the lashes were hanging off. you can see that they are all clusters, you can see the black bulb on each of the clusters ends. on each eye they do not even go all the way in so they look bald in the inner parts. and on one eye it goes from short , medium then long and on the other it goes from the first cluster short to long. there are spaces inbetween the clusters and honestly all day I am having to space them out to appear full. I told the girl I was unhappy and shr had me lay down and said she would fix them. I told her i dont think you can fix these. you would need to do the whole set again. she was irritated and i agreed to lay back down for her to attempt to fix. they looked the same 5 minutes later. I figured i would come back the following day and talk to a manager since she was there by her self. while i was there the other girls had taken off. when i got to the front she charged me for "hybrid" which was 96.00 which she said was classic and volume combined. I told her first i didnt want volume and that my set was only clusters you could see it and that i was unhappy all around. the avertised price was 69.99 and she was pushy and said sh had another girl waiting and i handed her a 100.00 bill and left. I am so unhappy with the service, the set of lashes and i feel like she was rude about it, and she really over charged me. I would like a proper set of lashes from them. and another girl to do them. I am still trying to get ahold of a manager. hopefully with a review i will finally hear from them. please do the right thing and take this set off and redo them correctly with a FULL!!! SET that is not clusters, not spaced out, not hanging and where u cannot see the bulbs of the lashes. honestly your company should be embarressed by the set of lashes i received. I want to be able to support your business. Im local and believe maybe she was just tired, but please stop avoiding it and correct it. I paid more than i should and did not receive what i asked for. read more

I came here a couple times - once for a brand new set and then twice for refill. The price is not bad for the quality and I like that they offer to do any fixes within 3 days of your service. A bunch of my lashes fell off after the first day and I contacted them - they were able to fit me in the next day to get it fixed. I tried both the volume lashes and the regular one and I like the more natural ones better but it's all up to your reference. The employees here really take their time doing your lashes so I would definitely recommended this place. read more

The person who did my lashes never used gloves so that was the first red flag I ignored. There was way too much glue applied to my lash line, causing burning and discomfort during the application process. The fans made were so thick it was painful to close my eyes or to attempt brushing them. Have been trying to remove them now for two days and am unable to because of how much glue was used. I have also tried contacting the shop to dispute this error, yet no one has gotten back to me. Don't come here unless you want a chop shop job. read more

I'm pretty new to SoCal, so finding a good lash technician has been a lot of trial and error. I decided to give White Feather Lashes a try, especially after seeing the amazing reviews! I have short and straight lashes, so getting lash extensions is a huge confidence booster for me. But also since I have such short lashes, finding a good technician to do nice lash extensions that aren't too heavy has been a chore. Needless to say, I am quite happy with my results. Comparing the cost, experience, and results, I definitely say if you want lash extensions you should give this place a shot! The staff were nice and attentive, the shop is super clean, the technician was great, and the whole experience was relaxing (I fell asleep). The lashes themselves are really light and it looks so natural. Usually I pay around $120 for a full set, but this place is much more affordable! White Feather does my eyelash extensions and they do an AMAZING job! I've been reading and doing my research on places for eyelash extensions and I could not have found a better place to go to. I like my lashes looking very natural so I wear minimum makeup and no one notices I have extensions. I only do mink lashes and here at White Feather they do the application so well. They do not over glue my lashes or try to push me to do extra-long lashes, they just do my lashes the way I want them done. My advice for eyelash extensions is to look at pictures ahead of time and to know what you want. Know how dramatic you want them, either natural/classic or volume lashes. This was my first time getting my lashes done and my first time here. I had an amazing experience! Very friendly staff, my technician helped me choose the right length for me. I asked for a very natural look and was very pleased with the results. They look like your own lashes even up close. I can even wear my glasses without problems because she curled them for me! It took about an hour from start to finish. The spa is clean, with a few places to take Instagram selfies and makeup removing station in the bathroom if you need it. Omg. Have you ever had a salon service, and were so happy you immediately hugged your esthetician? Because that's what happened! Cyndi did absolutely amazing work. I came in and my lashes were a complete mess. They were hard, falling off, and pointed all different directions. When I walked out I had a full, beautiful, soft and luscious set of lashes. I'm allergic to the glue that's usually used and I am super picky on the type of lashes that are used. Typically good fake lashes are made out of mink which I don't like because I am vegan. Because of this I pay way too much $250+ for my lashes but this place was a lot cheaper. Well boi let me tell you I got so lucky with this place. The staff was super understanding about my allergy and they were so nice especially since this was a walk in. I am always afraid that my lashes will not look natural and that they will fall off quickly (which this place didn't do!). I am so happy to say I found a true gem that gave me lashes that enhanced my already long lashes. THAT LASTED A MONTH! On top of that the place is gorgeous and so clean. honestly, im coming back here to write a review because I finally got my lashes done at a better place & I just realized my first time experience with lash extensions was not a me problem. I got my lashes done last year and i had a painful experience from Samantha. The lashes weren't applied gently, and the result was the look was not what I wanted even though I showed her a picture and she agreed she could do it. All of my lashes fell out within 2 weeks even though I was careful with taking care of it. I expressed that to the owner who was super helpful and scheduled another appointment for me to get it redone. I drove 30 minutes to get it redone but when I arrived she did not fix anything, and told me she was about to punch the owner for not scheduling her enough time to redo it for me. he scheduled me for an hour, but she kept saying she has to leave to pick up her daughter. Which brings me to my next topic-- when I was getting my lashes done the first time, she kept ranting to me about her break up with her best friend when I just wanted to get my lashes done in peace. When I first walked in, she actually asked if she could play a horror podcast while doing my lashes. Even though I said no, she was a bit persistent and told me that it was funny and continued to tell me more about what she was listening to. Completely overdue for a review. I've been coming here for almost a year and am still incredibly happy with the service and quality provided. My real lashes are weak so prior to coming here I had to take breaks every few month to let my lashes grow out and rest but not here. Emmi understand my lashes so well she's able to somehow adjust it every time so no real eyelashes falling off cause of the extensions and no need for "resting" time. The first time I came here in February I got a volume set and it looked like a classic set. All of my right eye came off within two days, I came back for a fix and decided not to come again. Today I was in need for a new set and thought I would give them another chance and texted them for an appointment. I asked how much it was and Leanne gave me a quote for $65 through text however when she rung me up she said "oh you been here before"so it's actually $96. Not only that I asked for 14 length and she said she could only do 12/13 which was not what I wanted. The price wasn't even the matter but throughout the session my eyes were tearing up and extremely burning the whole time. I've done my lashes many times at different places and that was the first time I wanted to just leave midway because of the bad pain.
