Up until today, this had been my go-to collective. However, ever since the ownership changed hands, customer service has gone downhill. Today was the crux of it all, when my mother-in-law and then myself were lied to by two separate employees. For months, their electronic board inside has been advertising 3 full gram pre-rolls for $20, it's been one of my favorite deals to get. The electronic board *still* advertises it, so my mother-in-law purchased 3 of these deals this morning. When she checked once she got to the car, none of the pre-rolls were full grams. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, I was then lied to by whomever answered the phone (no name was given) that they've never advertised that deal. This abysmal behavior has lost you three customers, one of which had been frequenting your locale several times a week for years. read more

Maaaaaaan!!!!! First off, I am not at all smoker. And have never been to a dispensary. I came to this place at the recommendation of a friend of mine. I have sciatic back pain and I have been doing some research on the pain relief possibilities of CBD oil. As soon as I came through the front doors, I was happily greeted as I confessed that this was my first time. The guy asked me for my ID then directed me through the doors as he yelled "Make sure you tell them it's your first time!" And I did! Lol! I was immediately greeted by Page! As she started to point out to me all the different things that the dispensary had the offer, I felt a little bad having to cut her off in the middle of her presentation to let her know that I was there for something specific. (sorry Page ). But as soon as I let her know what I was there for, she was super attentive to my need. She not only made it very comfortable for me being it was my first time to dispensary but she went completely out of her way to make sure that I had exactly what I needed. Thank you so very much for that Page! This place is Absolutely the Bizzness! Very comfortable, and very welcoming! I am an Executive Chauffeur, and my job takes me a lot of places, and I must say.... I had a terrible experience with the manager at White Fire this morning. Heighth of coronavirus crisis, I ordered online from WF, went to pick it up. Not clear on the exact process for pickup, so thought I had to go inside. Security guard outside said nothing to me as I walked by him. Neither employee inside had a mask on. Manager rudely explained I needed to go outside to do pickup, even though my order was ready. We had a bit of a back and forth (I explained that a better explanation on the website, better signage outside and a more proactive security guard outside to direct folks, instead of just sitting there, would be helpful. As I was leaving, he smart-assedly asked me if there was anything more he could do for me.....I suggested that he and his employee should both be wearing a mask. I went outside, he brought me my order, now wearing a mask that is not covering his nose, just his mouth. He condescendingly said to me he gave me a 20% discount and also said I was just taking out my overall frustrations out on him. We went back and forth a bit more, as I'm walking away, he asks me "Are you married?". I said no, he says (as he is laughing) "I didn't think so." What? I stalked off muttering to myself. turns out I'm not presently married, as I am a widower. I will never go back.....this manager (I didn't get his name) was condescending, ageist and was truly insensitive. And they should be all be wearing masks Not very professional, especially when compared to other dispensaries in the area. not recommended. read more

Lately, white fire has really been lacking in the way they provide both customer service and also accurate information to their customers. As someone who has been purchasing items from them for years (when Safeway use to give out coupons for white fire on the back of their receipts), the way they are doing things has drastically changed. Their curbside pickup is often super busy and heavily neglected, with their wait time usually being more than 10-15 minutes to even have someone pick up your ID and another 5-10 minutes for your order which was already put through and confirmed on their site. When they have promos online, you need to call and verify that they even have stock of that promo, because it has happened to me multiple times, where the promo is still online but when you get there they have run out and they just say sorry. The "help" they provide in regards to the inventory they have is severity lacking with multiple employees telling you different things throughout the day, and no one assuming responsibility for the wrong information they provide. If you buy a cartridge and ask about the battery you have and whether or not it works, check before you leave, as they will assure you it works, and then when it doesn't, deny you return because apparently they only accept "defective materials". Rather than providing a solution all they say is sorry that someone gave you the wrong info, but we can't really do anything about it to rectify the mistake. It's frustrating to see a place that used to be excellent, succumb to inferior service. Caliva on 7th street is much more organized and also provides a better inventory of materials. The only thing that white fire does have in its favor, is relatively inexpensive items that are pretty good in terms of quality. read more

They wouldn't refund me it even though it was clearly brand new & I went there all the time. On 8/1 I did a walk-in order only to find out that apparently I'm banned like what? Why couldn't y'all say this the last time I had came? I'm pretty sure that chubby girl said that my friend was a child she was the driver and never once asked for her ID to verify her age it's not like she was the one picking up the order, the order was mine & I'm clearly over 21. I don't understand why give people a hard time like if she really hates her job that much then why is she working there then? This place is seriously the best. Very friendly staff, decent prices, easy access from the highway, lots of parking, in and out fairly quickly. I've been here a handful of times so far and I can't bring myself to go elsewhere now. Price discount on cartridges (if you buy more than 1) so this will continue to be my number 1 spot! I have been a customer for five years. I have someone who is terminally ill with cancer in my household. I give them a F minus since their new management has taken over. When a long-term customer asked to be contacted by the owners to give them their feedback they should call them back. I have been requesting a phone call at least five times. I give the owners an F minus for not giving a crap about their customer service. Staff is pleasant but makes lots of errors. I've been wanting to give them constructive criticism that I think would improve their business. But obviously they don't care cause they don't take the times to get back to their customers. Probably gonna take my business somewhere else which is a shame. Unless I hear from a owner soon not a staff member this will happen. I spend a lot of money here. If they don't have time to listen to me. I may not have the time to spend money there. read more

Don't have a problem with the place per se, but I hesitated to use the credit card reader there because it looked weird, I haven't seen one similar to it before. I guess I rationalized it to myself and used it anyway, the very next day someone ran up 1000$ in atm cash advances in Studio City on my card, I don't use this particular card very often, almost never use my PIN, and to get an ATM to dispense cash, whoever skimmed my info must have gotten my PIN. This is the only place I can think of where I used the PIN on that card. So be cautious. read more
