Erik and his team are incredibly friendly, professional, and treat your belongings with care. I'm a terrible packer and Erik showed me his trick for terrible packers like me with loose items - a "catch all" wardrobe box! I'll definitely remember this the next time I need to move. Can I give more than 5 stars? From the beginning, Erik at White Glove Movers was fantastic. Moving is such a stressful time but his company made the process so much easier! He was able to explain the process over the phone and was super accommodating. They sent out a text 30 mins before arrival did a quick walk through before starting. They carefully prepped the furniture for the move and made sure everything is exactly where you want it before finishing. They are professional, well-priced, and worth every penny! This is our third time using white glove movers. One of my sons needed furniture from our storage unit for his new place in SF. He just started his new job and called us last minute. I called Kyle at White Glove -also last minute - and he had a truck and movers at our storage unit on very short notice. They pulled out the items that needed to be moved, repacked the storage unit, wrapped and protected all the furniture -by lunch everything was out of storage and on its way. These are reliable good reasonably-priced movers. And they're local. I never have to deal with a corporate office two time zones away to find out where my stuff is. Moving is stressful. I needed some movers to help me transition from Fresno to Monterey due to a relocation for work. My work left me very little time to organize the move but Steven and Kyle were super helpful. Don't hire anyone else! Kyle and Steve at White Glove Movers are the best! We've always done all the packing and moving on our own, but this move was more than we wanted to handle. There were multiple destinations and a TON of junk that just needed to go to the resale shops and the dump. And... not everyone in our family wanted to hire someone to help ;-). So, we decided to have White Glove just do a dump run to start. We ended up hiring them to do 3 "moves" for us and could not have been happier. Kyle coordinated everything, gave us a very fair price and communicated with me continuously through all 3 jobs. Can't recommend enough! I needed a piano moved and usually it's a very stressful process trying to schedule and get pricing for moving a piano. Not the case with these guys. From the first phone call, to working out the small details, they made it clear what to expect, and what exactly I was being charged for.
