Most if not all of the clothing is very cheap quality and made in China from wholesalers. I saw a few pieces that seemed a tad better quality. The store is curated with the boutique look, but it is fast fashion similar to forever 21 quality clothing at significantly higher prices. I also saw some makeup products that I have seen sold at Marshall's and Ross. I tried something on straight out of packaging in the back and it was stained. To make matters worse, the owner was dismissive from the moment the conversation started. Before I could even explain the issue, she interrupted with, "Sorry, can't do anything"--without hearing me out. Then she suggested I use a razor to fix the pilling. Really? How about selling products that don't require "razors" to maintain after a few washes? I wasn't even demanding a full refund--a partial refund or store credit would have been reasonable. Instead, they offered nothing. That's not how a small business should operate. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, but clearly, it isn't for them. In contrast, I've experienced amazing customer service from other small businesses--like one that let me return a set of organic sheets after 90 days simply because I didn't like them. That's what customer care looks like. This business, however, operates with deceit, blame-shifting, and zero accountability.
