My experience with and impression of wWhite Knight Pest Control is very mixed. White their techs have been very pleasant and accommodating, their business practices are not customer-focused. I always pay my bills and expect the company's I do business with to also be honorable. My issue is that I called White Knight several times informing them of my cancellation. The first time I called was several months prior to the end of the contract. At that time I was told my account had a few more service calls on it. I told the customer service person then that I want to cancel at the end of the contract. When the service tech showed up for another application I called again and told them to cancel. And yet again two months later they sent a tech to service our home and billed me again. When I called the third time and asked they not bill me for the most recent service the Manager basically said they have no record of me calling to cancel and that they will still be chargjng my credit card. In my experience, reputable companies will work with a customer, at least once, in a situation like this. I can no longer recommend White Knight to my friends. read more

They hook you in for an offer of $50 for their first appointment. i decided to give them a try cuz why not. payed the initial $50 plus $100 for each time they came out, which was twice. I decided I didn't need the service and called to cancel, only to get sideswiped by the fine print in the contract- if you cancel early that initial "$50" special gets added back and you have to pay $300. so I basically payed this company over $500 for maybe about an hour of total work. complete rip off read more

This is a word (or two) of warning about dealing with White Knight Pest Control. I wish someone had warned me. After giving in to their high pressure sales tactics, we were not happy with their service. We called to cancel and at first were told "no problem". However there was a problem when we were transferred to a "manager" who claimed we had not completed our contract. At this time we were told a specific number of treatments we needed to fulfill our contract. Reluctantly, we agreed. On completion of these treatments, we called back to cancel and were told we still needed one more. After being given the run around and speaking to multiple "managers", in frustration, we gave up and told them to cancel. The next day, they withdrew their discount from our checking account. We disputed the charges and were refunded by our bank. Within weeks, White Knight turned our account over to collection agency & now our credit is at risk. Always notifies me a day or so ahead of time to let me know they are coming. If they are experiencing any delays they reschedule I don't have to worry about missing if having to reschedule. Have had White Knight for probably 10 years or more without a single issue. They are always professional and answer any questions that I may have. read more

I signed up for White Knight's bi-monthly pest control with one of their salesmen that was riding around my neighborhood on a hoverboard. I already had service with another local company, that I was happy with overall, but they were having a difficult time keeping up with our wasp infestations (we have a lot of landscaping). The salesman assured me that their service was superior and that they could get rid of the wasps for good with one service. I hate wasps, so I signed up. I received a welcome call, but it was during work hours so I could not answer. The voicemail stated that they were just welcoming me to the service and said they sent an email. I checked the email but did not read every word of the agreement they sent. I admit I should have, but who has time for that? The initial service was completed and they did get rid of the wasps in the front bushes, but left many wasp nests between the gutters and the house. They were hard to see. I still had service with my old company and they were already scheduled to come out so I had them take care of the remaining wasp nests. Prior to my second service I received a text that someone would be out the following week. I mostly work from home, but do need to go into the office, sometimes randomly, and this was the case on the morning of the day they were supposed to come out. My 17 year old daughter was home and I left a note with her to give to the tech when they arrived as we recently had ants that popped up in one of the bathrooms. He refused to do the inside service since she was not over the age of 18. Ok, fine, I understand rules. I called to cancel the service since those restrictions wouldn't work with my schedule. I do understand that I could have asked them to come back out when I was home, but looking long term it just made more sense to cancel and stick with my current company that didn't have as many restrictions and was much better with scheduling and communication. I called, waited on hold for a very long time, and spoke with a rep who was very nice, but hard to hear as I think she was on a cell phone. I explained the situation to her and asked to cancel. She transferred me to another rep, and I had to wait on hold for awhile more. The second rep was fairly nice, but once I made it clear that I was canceling her tone became very condescending. I was not aware on the $200 fee to cancel, which I my opinion is ludicrous. I paid the fee to be done with this company and will absolutely not be signing up for any services from strangers who come knocking on my door. I'll stick with the local guys. In short, cost was too high, service wasn't the best, and the communication was by far the worst. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. We started having an ant problem Nov '22. WK initially came out and serviced the areas of infestation. After two weeks the problem persisted and WK came out again. This went on for several month with numerous technicians addressing the same problem to no avail. On two occasions, the scheduled techs did not show up with no call. By February '23 I hired another company to see if we could get rid of the ant problem. They came out and after one application the ant problem was gone. I contacted WK to cancel due to lack of performance in resolving our concern in a timely manner. They had the audacity to back charge me for a discount they originally offered, which I did not know about, nor did I ask for. Apparently they are not interested in getting the job done right nor are they concerned about their customers. read more

Terrible experience. In the beginning they were attentive and their product got rid of bugs. Now, we aren't worth their time AND they changed the terms of our service. Their new protocol doesn't work and our yard is OVERUN with bugs. We have to wait nearly a week for treatment. They give NO time frame, show up whenever call ONCE, and leave. No door knock, no doorbell.... no service. Their new formula is NOT working, we have ants, aphids and spiders EVERYWHERE. It's like they are spraying sugar water. It's insane. It is so disheartening because last year I would praise and recommend them.... now I can't even consider them a pest service because our home has been overrun for MONTHS with their so-called pest service. i called over a week ago to cancel my lawn service since im moving out of state. ive been on a quarterly service since end if 2021. Customer service said i needed to talk to another department about canceling and said due to their high call volume did i just want them to call them back. i said yes. over a week later still no call. i got a call yesterday they were coming to spray sat? so called them back got transferred to dept to cancel where they proceeded to tell me they will be still charging me for the service sat because I didn't cancel within 30 days (and even though they did show i called prior to cancel it wasn't actually canceled that day). seriously ? and then conveniently my service was scheduled after I did call to cancel? will no longer recommend them or use them if I return to area. read more

The route representative came by and offered services at the rate of $50 down today and then $39.00 monthly. I thought this was a great deal! I went ahead and let them do the initial spraying. Then I paid for it. I get a call from the office informing me that I signed up for a 1 year agreement (no one informed me that it was for a year, we are moving before that out of state) and also that I am paying monthly, but they will be servicing the house every other month??? (does this even make sense?) When I informed her I didn't know it was a year agreement, she said I couldn't cancel with them now that the first service occurred. I am extremely disappointed in how the service was explained (including omitting the year agreement and that they were charging monthly, but only coming every other month.) Poor explanation of services and office staff not willing to work with me. On top of that, she tried to collect an additional $49.00 dollars I had already paid to the technician. After reviewing my budget yesterday I decided to discontinue service with White Knight. Speaking to Nadine I was told I would receive an invoice which I thought was odd considering my payment comes out automatically every month. Nonetheless today rolls around and they bill and auto draft me for $100. I still can't figure out how you bill me monthly and now you charge me since we parted ways. I expressed my concern for the matter and Nadine told me "it is what it is". This is a very crooked way of doing business and not maintaining a good reputation in the community. White Knight sprayed my house on June. 15th, 2018 and less than two weeks I still have a problem with spiders so I called White Knight and they scheduled a revisit. During the revisit the technician stated that it's been less than a month and the treatment is still good however he sprayed the bathroom again. I still have spiders in my house in fact I got rid of a spider nest in my bedroom ceiling fan on June 25, I will not renew my contract with White because I'm not please with their service at all. Awesome company! I was referred to them by multiple neighbors. We bought a home that was sitting for a few months & bugs took over. The rep who signed us up was great & answered all our questions with ease. It's nice to know their products are pet/kid safe!! This was a biggie for us. White Knight did their initial spray + are coming back soon for a Followup before we begin a quarterly plan. The rep that came to our home was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even wore shoe covers when he came in to spray! So far we're very pleased with this company + would happily refer them more business. read more

I sat here waiting, couldn't the person have called in the morning to let me know they weren't prepared? Today they had scheduled an appointment for 8 am this morning, at 9:30 I called the office to find out if they were coming and I was informed that someone double booked me so now I have to wait all day until they have time to get to me. The woman was very nice and professional, however, when you schedule a 1300 appointment, apparently that means you can be anywhere between 1300-1500. So, today, 1300 rolls around and there's nobody here. 1330 rolls around, still nobody. I decide to contact the company using the provided number via Yelp. I spoke to a gentleman who then explains it is a 2 hour window, and that I'm at the END of the person's route, and they won't be here until at least 1500, that there's FOUR appointments ahead of me!!! 1) EDUCATE YOUR OFFICE STAFF TO GIVE THE WINDOW OF TIME, not just say "we've got you scheduled for 1." 2) DON'T OVERBOOK YOUR TECHNICIANS!! I shall see how well the service goes, however, I'm not holding my breath!!! I might be looking for a different pest control service! UPDATE: My technician was fantastic. As he stepped into my home, he placed shoe covers over his boots. He was professional, kind, and explained everything. We have used White Knight for years. I have always been a fan, specifically of our guy Austin who calls on us. This man deserves a raise. The customer service team said they were trying to hire more folks there and are understaffed in our area but that doesn't let Austin bother him. Austin drove over an hour to get to us when we had an Ant emergency and the ants bit. Apparently a lot of folks near us were going through the same thing. He spent quite a bit of time outside and inside dealing with it. Let us know that if the rain came he would have to spray again next time as well but boy did it help get read of them fairly quickly. I was about ready to move because of this but Austin was awesome. While I would have preferred them to react quicker in the call center, is isn't his fault they are under staffed. I called in regards to a small ant problem yesterday in hopes to get someone out to our house today as it was the only day we were available. I was in luck, our tech Austin was FANTASTIC. He showed up just after 1 as my window was 1-3! Austin came with an organic pesticide that was safe for my family and my dog (who he immediately pet when he came in!)! He was very professional and never made me feel dumb or silly in regards to my questions. He explained the life cycle of the ants and informed me, multiple times, that if I saw even one bug, to give them a call and they'd have someone out.
