You may want to read this one. It may be an odd review, but it's the truth. A gentleman we did not recognize came to our door today with an iPad, name tag and dress shirt. Most of us folks around here know we're about to be told how amazing this product is or that service is. Ammon Morrison did that, and then some. Although he did not secure us as a client, he obtained our attention for a delightful conversation after answering many tough questions about the service he was pitching. As a person with immense sales experience, this individual did a phenomenal job introducing himself, divulging the purpose of his visit, highlighting his knowledge of the service, and respectfully negating our counter questions. After respectfully declining his offer, he did something that stood out to me. He didn't thank us for our time and immediately leave. He engaged in a friendly conversation we offered. It's not often you find a young person, like Ammon, who didn't win our business; however, remained upbeat, respectful, and kind for a few extra minutes. I recently lost my job and also had a loved one pass away causing extreme financial hardship. When I called in, the representative was more than happy to speak with me about options to keep the account open. But the moment I confirmed that I just wanted to cancel, everything changed. Instead of showing compassion or even basic professionalism, I was told they would refuse to close my account because of a supposed issue with a voice recording. I can't put into words how frustrating and discouraging that felt. Here I am, being upfront and honest about my situation, and rather than being treated with understanding, I felt dismissed and trapped in a service I no longer want or can afford. It's disheartening to know that customer service is friendly when they think they can sell you something, but the second you need help or compassion, the support disappears. This was already a difficult phone call to make, and the lack of empathy only made things harder. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values compassion, honesty, and basic respect for their customers. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this experience. read more

We have now used White Knight twice (signed up for the quarterly service) and so far the results have been amazing. No bugs in the house and none on the porches... even with a cat food container with a busted corner and food coming out. Usually one morsel of cat food results in a ant frenzy. Michael did an amazing job and took the time to use an alternative ant poison around the backyard since he knew we had kids that play out there. After each service treatment, we've been contacted by the office to check up and see how the treatment is working. Today, I mentioned we found a couple of scorpionson the kids play area a week ago and before I could finish the lady on the phone was kindly setting up a return trip to make sure it's taken care of. Now keep in mind we live out in the COUNTRY so I expect to see critters... so far those were the only two I've seen which prior to hiring White Knight was not the case. No ants, no centipedes, no scorpions (on the porch or in the house) or spiders have inhabited our house since hiring them! 100% recommend! read more

BEWARE!!!!!!! They prey on new housing locations in Lockhart, TX, showing up when you move in and make promisses they won't keep. $25 for the first month. Never came inside, set one trap without the bait, so it had to be supplied, sprayed when raining. Lied that you could cancel anytime. They went after my 86 year old mother, got her to sign up using a pretty web page, with the lack of promissed service she canceled, then they charged her a cancellation fee (remember they said she could cancel at any time? In front of a witness who's willing to go to court). They also said she was late on bill she never received. She disputed the charges now they threaten to turn her over to a collection agency. I say BRING IT. You don't know who you messed with. The BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, and the Attorney General are being notified of this company scamming people. Scamming people is one thing, scamming Senior Citizens is another. Look at other area review, all bad. read more

I requested pest control service for the basic household and outside bugs. Kevin was our technician and he was professional, nice, and very informative. Not only did he do his job by treating the entire outside and inside of our perimeter, but he also set the tone for what we are to expect in the weeks to come with the treatment he conducted. Kevin also treated our attic which was a huge plus for me. The initial cost of $200.00 was reduced to $108.00 which was extremely cost effective as we were able to save some money off our first treatment. And each treatment thereafter will be reduced as well. I'll recommend anyone looking for a pest control company to White Knight as the service we recevied was exceptional! Had a contract for inside and outside the home. I recently added a camera system to my home. The recent technician. Never tried to communicate with me. No phone call,knock on the door, email nothing. Put on the report went in backyard when he never did. With no communication to follow the agreement & treatment inside the home. I was still charged the full amount. After reviewing camera footage. You can see the technician also spraying pest control liquid right over my camera on my porch. I asked simply to just cancel my contract due to this event and was still charged for canceling as well as the full amount to spray pest control inside and outside my home. Bad business, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE this is theft I called & called got the run around submitted video footage over 24hrs haven't herd from any one. read more

He also gave me info on what the different products do: barrier spray, pesticide and baits. He was very informative, thorough in his inspection and extremely helpful. He checked in with us when he arrived and was open to answering all our questions and concerns, then he also checked in with us afterward he was done, letting us know the service was completed. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Despite paying for their pest control services, I still found pests in my home, as well as a wasp nest and spider eggs/webs on my property after their visit. It's clear that the job was not done thoroughly. To make matters worse, they charged me $235 just to cancel my service. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. I have seen a huge decline in bug activity with it being only 30 days from the initial treatment. They warned that the with first application, there would be more bug activity than normal due to them scattering and retreating from treated area. It is definitely effective against bugs and I would recommend to use their company to friends and family. Price is great especially when they come out when you need touch ups at no extra cost. Service workers are polite, professionally attired, and are attentive to details. We only have outside service as we haven't had problems indoors.
