Fun spot! Found this after an event at tinley park convention center. Cold & windy day but the kids had a blast. Would definitely return!

Short 9 hole. It's gotten better over the last year. Greens and bunkers need work still.

A good value bur they need a ranger. Allowing a group of 8 to play in front of me is ridic.

Several tee boxes were completely torn up and the water drainage is not good. There is a project to re-do bunkers going on and the new ones are in excellent shape while the old is effectively ground under repair. Every hole has ball washers and towels though they're clearly for the back tees because there is so much separation in tee boxes. Some cart paths are rough but it's not a broad issue. The staff are decently nice but the starter/ranger (doing double duty) knocks the rating down. The beverage cart seemed to end early as it wasn't seen after the front nine for a 2pm tee time. Pace should be managed better as there were multiple backups of 10+ min sitting and doing nothing. Clubhouse has a pretty good selection of food and prices are reasonable. $7 for a deli sandwich, $5 PB&J, etc. Carts don't have GPS but does have a card with 6 pin positions for every hole that is very informative. I hope the carts are upgraded to eliminate tears and cigarette burns in the seats at some point. The course is visually appealing and presents a good challenge. It's a good value at $62 for a weekend afternoon but could be improved in some aspects. It's worth playing.

Bettinardi Golf is a locally owned manufacturer of apparel and equipment. Kind of a basic concept when thinking about it. There's a crap ton one can buy though. Basically they've been around awhile. It's not one of the biggest golf companies, but they certainly have been successful. There's a lot of well known golfers who have used their clubs over the years. A few rinky dink tournament wins, but also a few majors. Several of the most successful to ever play including Matt Kuchar, Phil Mickelson, and Jesper Parnevik have PGA wins with them. Certainly there's plenty of other companies that players have won with too, so maybe not look into that too much of course. What sets them apart is the founder of the company Robert J. Bettinardi, who invented the one-piece milled putter. Also check out the retail store in Oak Brook. There's lots of great stuff. For sure it's great equipment and it's a great gift for someone you know. It's certainly innovative and they're always trying new things out. The company can give you more information about it on the website.

There was no prior warning regarding the need to walk down a lot of stairs for anyone where this would present a challenge. After making it down the stairs, the first impression of the banquet room was not appealing! The entrance to the venue where I'm accustomed to the brunch being held is very elegant and classy. The room appeared as an after thought as I was told by a worker that they were having an event upstairs in the usual room where the brunch is held. We were seated quickly, which was the only positive. We never had a server greet our table and was never offered champagne, which is customary. The glasses remained empty. Empty plates were left to pile up on our table and we had to flag someone to clear them. The array of food was extremely limited, cold, and in some cases dry and overcooked. The person at the omelet station had a hard time keeping up with the demand of people waiting as she had no help. In the past it's usually been at least two people cooking omelets. The food and venue have great potential and ive always enjoyed my experience, but the lack of attentiveness and poor organization severely impacted our 80th birthday celebration! We definitely did not receive the level of service expected and previously received at this price point. in addition, the 20% pre added service charge was not earned, which by the way was the only time the server appeared, which was to present the check!

I joined here when I moved into the neighborhood 5 years ago and never signed back up. I was thoroughly disappointed in every aspect. Let's start with the socialization: so I was hoping to meet other women and moms and make some possible friends. Absolutely did not happen. Even when my daughter and I would visit the pool, no one would say a word to us. Filled with cliques. It's all about comparing who to who and keeping up with the Jones's. Who can out-do who and brag the most is who's praised and worshipped. It's gross. Typical country club filled with people who think they're better than everyone else. 2) Now let's talk about customer service! What a horror show. I took my parents here for dinner one evening and as we were being sat, my mom had sat on BROKEN GLASS. Yep, that's right - broken glass was apparently complimentary on her seat. It tore a hole through her pants and as she expressed her concern, not even one member of the staff could care less. She even BLED and they didn't offer so much as an apology. If condescending energy and bragging rights is your thing - by all means - sign right up! This country club and any like it can kiss my heiny as far as I'm concerned though. Full of stuck of snobs. Hang on a second and let me tell you how I really feel though
