He gets on the roof and inspects the roof and chimney. He tested all the appliances and bathrooms. He knows how to spot signs of micro leaks and remnants of past damage. He is very prompt and will be at your location at the scheduled time. He is thorough and well mannered. Ask him questions and he gives you a reasoned and thoughtful response. My only knock on the service is that the documentation format is a bit old school and does not have pictures and a nice looking printed report for delivery. (Trust me, you want pictures. Be at the home inspection, follow him around and take pictures.) It is mostly hand written notes on a form. His pricing is reasonable, on par with other home inspectors that I used in the past or got quotes from. I am very satisfied with his work and I would not hesitate to recommend using him.
