I've been to White Pie before, and have loved their pizza, but had to come back to try the viral chicken Caesar wrap -- so good. Hard to explain how something so simple can be so good but it is! Had the Aperol spritz to start, which can't go wrong with that and then the star of the show -- the wrap! Absolutely mandatory that you get an extra side of the Caesar dressing on the side, it is literally crack, I was dipping my chips into it. There's only so much you can say about a chicken Caesar wrap, but trust me you wanna try this !

We stopped by for a quick bite before heading somewhere else for dinner, so we didn't actually order any of their pizzas (wish we had the room for it since it smelled so nice in there). They were running some specials so we opted for drinks and the blood orange burrata, plus a cobb salad. Cobb salad was huge (way larger than I expected and I appreciated the sauce on the side by default) and the burrata was good but a tad overpriced IMO. For drinks, we tried the spring spritz and basil limeade cocktail, both were refreshing and tasty. Staff was attentive and friendly and I liked the decor and aesthetic of this place. Food was good, but we can't speak to their pies or the wraps that many reviews mention. Overall, lots of options and would be down to revisit!

Giving 4 stars instead of 3 because there's potential here if I order this differently... the one girl who was working was so lovely and helpful and they had my to go order ready so quick but I was mega disappointed in my chicken Caesar wrap that I had been dying to try and hyping myself up for. The lemony flavor was excellent but it was FAR too dry and not enough chicken. It needed at least double the amount of dressing so I'll try ordering extra dressing next time. I'd try this place again but I've had much better chicken Caesar wraps despite social media hyping this one up

Came back again to try the chicken Caesar wrap and was also craving a simple cheese pizza! Again, was super pleased with this place. They chicken Caesar was great, I get the hype behind it. In my photo it looks like there's not a lot of chicken but I promise there's more underneath. (I may still ask for extra chicken next time though, because it was seasoned phenomenally) Their pizza was a hit as usual, with great flavor and a firm undercarriage (crucial to a good pizza) and I am a huge fan of their ranch. Will be back a third time for sure!

One of my favorite places! So yummy and fun to sit outside. The normal sized salad is huge though!

Beautiful open seating with impressive wood oven and exposed brick walls with greenery everywhere. We were very excited to try the White Haven pizzas after being introduced to them in Connecticut. We decided to stick to the basic pepperoni and on the recommendation of our server, the March special. The pepperoni pie came out first and was charred beautifully. The cheese was hot and melty when you pulled off a slice. Cupped pepperoni is also a nice touch. Unfortunately the special pizza arrived cold. It just did not taste fresh. Did it sit out for a while? Hard to tell when it's smothered with arugula so you don't realize it until you bite i to it. Both pies were barely sliced so it was hard to pull off decent slices.

Two gals from CT stumbled into a CT pizza shop and well, they lived happily ever after. Well done white pie, well done. Started with the HH cheesy bread, the small Caesar salad (very large and perfect), and the mash potato pie (no walnuts- not needed) and the broccolini and sausage pie. The meat on both was so delicious. Two cannolis to go. Again, happily ever after.

We've been seeing this wrap go viral in Denver so we had to try! We got this delivered and it was a bit pricey vs eating there. Overall, we loved the crispy chicken in the wrap and parm crisps, but agreed there could be an increase in amount of lettuce and Caesar dressing, but the chips were delicious. Would order again and ask for the above adjustments!

I saw viral videos on social media regarding the Chicken caesar wrap and had to check out this place. I totally agree that that's the best Chicken Caesar wrap that I've tried so far. The chicken was lightly breaded, tasty dressing and Parmesan crisps added that final touch. You have to upgrade to Parmesan fries, because they are the best! Don't forget to get the side of their ranch with it. We ordered few different pizzas as well and I love their thin crust! So many cool options for your toppings. Service was great and the atmosphere of the place is amazing overall.

I've been to white pie a few times and am never disappointed! This time I had the chicken Caesar wrap (tik tok influenced me). I would say the wrap itself was 4.25/5 stars. It was good but didn't live up to the hype for me. However, the other dishes I have gotten there have always been amazing. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Love the decor inside and that you can see the woodfire oven from the dining area.

Food: New Haven style pizza is a new contender for favorite styles of pizza along with its other thin crust counterparts. Our Grateful Dead pizza was absolutely delicious! We ended up ordering meatballs on the side because there were no options presented to us to add anything to any of the pizzas. The spritz and the lager we ordered were also good. I think it's odd to give only 3 meatballs for the price if the core customer base comes in pairs and it's a shared appetizer. Service: Our server checked in on us frequently and never left us hanging which we appreciate! Ambiance: the interior is very open air, simple with a touch of dive. We came for lunch so it was very quiet, but I could see how that would change dramatically during dinner service.

I ordered pizza for takeout and it was ready when I arrived but oddly there wasn't an option to schedule an order for later, only for 20-30 minutes from time of ordering. They had a really great selection of new haven style and Sicilian pizzas. I really enjoyed the everything seasoned crust on the blondie and the toppings of ricotta, arugula, caramelized onions, fried shallots and cremini mushrooms. My only complaint for the pizza itself is that there were lemon seeds on it which I'm fairly certain weren't meant to be there. I didn't realize at first and ate the seeds which obviously had a strange taste. There's a 5% kitchen appreciation fee for all orders both dine in and takeout and when you order online it defaults to a 20% gratuity (which you can modify) The inside of the restaurant was really pretty with a lot of plants and a perfect view of the pizza oven. I'd like to go back for dine in and try more of their menu including their apps and cannolis!

Granddaughter wanted Italian, White Pie was right there, and so we had to try. Hooray! Really friendly staff who seated us on the patio on a beautiful spring day. We shared two of their New Haven Pies (pizzas) -- the cheese pizza, and The Blondie. They were terrific. I often think the stars of the Pie are the crust. Whoa. This crust is amazing it is so good! It has a great ambience with absolute wonderful pies. Looking forward to trying other items on their menu.

Do they still do the $10 pie deal on Mondays? If so, is that dine in only? Also, is their new truffle pizza included in it? I haven't been able to find any details on their website or fb page, or prices for any happy hour specials. Thanks!

How big is the Mootz pie?

Does the restaurant have a vegan cheese option for its pizza?

I didn't see a vegan cheese option on the menu but did not ask at the restaurant.

    Is everything gluten free?

Our pizzas are all available on a Gluten Free crust. Our Cacio E Pepe and Pasta Vodka are also available with Gluten Free Pasta. Thanks!

Is there pizza exquisite as all others?

    It's delicious!

Then when he did acknowledge me and I stated I would sit at the bar, it took several minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. The staff was busy speaking to each other and doing side work. Once I was acknowledged, things started getting a little better. When I arrived during breakfast/brunch, I was informed they were in the middle of a menu change, so my choices were limited. Breakfast items include bacon and burritos. I started off with a charcuterie board (though I had asked for a fromage board). This was not only because I wanted some tasty cheese, but I was trying to kill time until the lunch/dinner menu started. The board was a great board, two different meats, three cheeses, a loaf of bread, some nuts and jellies. But it was 40 dollars! I had a few small plates (which was still a lot of food). I had a melon and cucumber salad, which was a good palate cleanser. I also had the roasted king mushrooms, which were underwhelming with no seasoning, and they were a little chewy. The best thing was the wild boar meatballs, which were seasoned really well and in a savory, delicious marinara sauce. All the cocktails were fruity (but not sweet) and refreshing. I had one that was carrot based (Kiss my Carrot with tequila, cointreau, carrot, orange, and ginger), one that had pineapple flavor (paper boat with rum, falernum, aperol, lemon, pineapple), and the smoky smoke and flower (hibiscus mezcal, cointreau, pama, rose water). This spot is a winery, so they have a large wine list. They have handhelds like burgers and flatbreads. Starters like artichoke dip and bruschetta. Some of the current entrees, which might change, are hanger steak, chilean salmon, cauliflower steak. They had a gnocchi dish I was interested in, but it's already been removed from the menu. The restaurant is classy and just like a winery is expected to be. The food is pretty good. But the service was really subpar.

Although I had waited this long to write about the place, everything I experienced back then still lingers in my brain. Hence, I am taking the time to write about it. I was going to utilize the "stand up bar tasting of however many wines you can sample" at the price of $20. Unfortunately, the bar was full for that. I was thus kindly asked to get a table and do a flight at the price of $10. What? Only $10? Sure, why not!?!? My waiter (young man in his 20's) was most welcoming and kind-hearted. I forgot his name after the passing of the time. His attentiveness was top-notch. After getting a few suggestions and advice from my wonderful waiter, I went with Roussanne and Orange Muscat as white, Malbec, Carignon and Cabernet Sauvignon as red for my wine flight. Let's not forget to mention. Balistreri's wines are all natural Colorado wines with no sulfites, no additives and are not filtered or fined. What's not to like about all that criteria that they can offer. For food, I got the cheese board ($18 as of May 2026.) I looked at other menu items and the prices for them were quite reasonable despite the fact that this place emits very high-end restaurant feel. After all, this is a family-run business that cares about serving people in the community. I feel that this is their way to say thank you to those who support them. In a neighborhood where three different interstates intertwine, unless someone told you about it, you wouldn't think such a place existed in this North Washington neighborhood. I discovered this place while ago. I am not sure why I had waited this long to visit and see it for myself. Better late than never. Palisade is a gem in the western Colorado but it's at least 4-hour drive from Denver. If you want to save some time and spend some quality time at a winery in a beautiful setting, Balistreri is within your reach.
