Went to White Pie because we saw it had great reviews on here and the menu looked good. We went and we were absolutely not disappointed!!!! We didn't have a reservation so we sat at the pizza bar---- which added to the atmosphere of the restaurant by allowing you to watch your pizza be made and cooked in front of you. Everything was amazing, from the wine, the house puff, the pizza and the pasta. Hands down some of the best pizza and pasta in Denver! Service was also fantastic! Both the wait staff and the pizza bar chefs were extremely friendly and engaging. We will definitely be back and I'm sure this spot will soon become a community favorite! read more

Oh my gosh, this place was delicious! I found this place through Yelp and it is truly amazing! I was with a large group of friends, and we decided to order take out from this place. We ordered a bunch of pies for take-out and brought them back to our house to eat them. Even though they weren't piping hot, fresh out of the oven, it was still fantastic! The broccolini pie was probably my favorite. The roasted broccolini went really well with the prosciutto, and the spice from the red pepper flakes was a wonderful touch -- perfect! I thought that the Porky porkorino was interesting. I couldn't taste the "hot" part of the hot honey, mostly just sweet. It's an interesting mix of sweet and spicy. Aside from brilliant topping combinations, the crust is amazing! It's thin crust style, and crispy the way it's supposed to be. The pies hold up to the weight of all of the toppings. I hate it when the crust disintegrates into a pile of mush from all of the toppings, but I didn't have that problem here! read more

Placed an order for pick up that was scheduled to be ready in 20-30 minutes. We arrived after 25 min and had to wait another 40 minutes for our order to be ready. Once we got the order, it was missing a pizza. The food was great, but the wait was too long for a Wednesday night, especially since the order was wrong. But I'm giving White Pie a pass on that eastern eliist mentality, this "ristorante" is clearly in the red zone. It's an extraordinary new casual Italian eatery, close to what you would expect to find in New Haven CT or Naples Italy. We started with House Puff, Meatballs Alforno & the shareable House Salad. We then went with White Pie & Rocco Broccollini thin crust Pizza. Next time, I'm going to go with Lasagna Alforno. The wine list is short but very good. Went for dinner on a Fri night with some friends and we loved it. We split the burrata app (fantastic), two pizzas and a pasta. I used to live in New Haven, CT which is known for it's super thin crust, often with mashed potatoes on it, and these pizzas def remind me of that. We had I think 2 or 3 slices of pizza leftover. The food was amazing. Also got a couple of drinks, not the most generous pours but the house wine was very good. Overall I'd say they focus on quality over quantity, which is better if you ask me. I thoroughly enjoyed White Pie. From the atmosphere, to the food, beverages and people, this is verifiably one of the best experiences and pizza restaurants I have enjoyed. The restaurant is an old building made new with brick walls, wood fired oven, great patio area and inviting atmosphere. We sat at the bar watching the chef make pizza at a mind numbing pace, taking care to make sure every pizza was just right. We ordered the House Puff as an appetizer, which was very tasty. Essentially a pizza "puff" basted with garlic butter and rosemary - we ordered a red sauce on the side for dipping (recommended). I ordered the Station 26 IPA which had the right combination of hops and citrus. My wife ordered the Froze which she thoroughly enjoyed. For the main course, I ordered the Porky Porkorino pizza. All individual size pies, the red sauce is wonderful, topped with mozzarella, sopresseta, jalepeno's (light) and a honey that added just the right amount of heat to the pie. The pizza is thin crust (aka NY style). The owners are from Connecticut and brought the family recipe's and food styles to Denver. The staff are all friendly, and the owners stopped by to introduce themselves and assure we wer having a good experience. You can't beat good food, good drinks and good people. read more

We stumbled upon this place when it first opened. Initially, I was like, "Seriously? ANOTHER pizza place?" Well, that was a seriously bad assumption on my part! We have come here almost weekly since it opened. The service is phenomenal not to mention the food equally as excellent. We haven't ventured past the patio enjoying all the summer we can and eventually will meander inside during the winter. The tables outside are community tables so be prepared to share the space and get friendly with new friends you're sure to meet. Their crusts are thin and just plain delicious. I have tried their gluten free several times as well (not because I have to). I like that they use a different crust than the Udi's that all the restaurants in Denver seem to use (which are good, don't get me wrong). Their gluten free crust is a little thicker and chewy but still fine in my book. White Pie was the fist place I discovered my favorite Summer of 17 drink....Frose! Wow! I have tried several frose's at other bars and restaurants in Denver this summer but White Pie hands down has the recipe perfected! I know this place is going to be crazy soon due to popularity. I ordered 3 pizzas last night which were supposed to be ready at 8pm. As I arrived, the hostess told me that they were extremely backed up and it would take only a few minutes. But they would text me when my pizzas were ready. Great, no problem. After going outside and waiting 30 minutes. I came back and asked how things were going. She told me they had just put the pizzas in the oven and they would be done in a few minutes. 20 more minutes passed. So I asked again. The manager (I'm assuming) came up and told me once again, that they "just put the pizzas in" and I would have it in 6 minutes. I told him that the hostess told me that 20 minutes ago. He said "oh. Um. She must have meant the order right before yours." "I'm sorry. I feel very bad." When I had just overheard this guy talking extremely condescendingly to a grubhub driver about her order being late. Finally I got my order. After an hour. And the hostess just handed it to me and said "thanks." Nothing else. Extremely terrible communication and customer service. You should 100% be calling your customers if you get backed up ahead of time to let them know what to expect. Not when they arrive at the restaurant. And definitely don't lie to their faces telling them your putting their order in the oven when you're not. I understand that things happen, however the "manager" also didn't need to speak to customers in such a condescending manner. read more

We love this place! Amazing pizza and dessert! My husband, who is a cheese head, even loved the Fuggetaboutit pizza, which has very little cheese.
