While the orthodontist was kind and did his best, there was no way he was equipped to handle this with my very sensitive/sensory challenged son, and both visits were traumatizing and unsuccessful. Dr. Patel, and her wonderful staff - especially Maryluz who truly went above and beyond to help us-- got our son back into a trusting place, then were able to fit him and finally get the palate expander on with no trauma. We will forever be grateful because we know this goes beyond appearance - it is important for his health for a lifetime. We moved our 5 year old to the practice as well.

Dr. Patel is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She has an amazing commitment to her patients, even being available after hours when we my daughter fell and injured her mouth/teeth. Yes I understand it is rude to be late but adults working in these positions do not need to decide to make extreme rude comments etc

They not only require masks and take temperatures, but ask everyone to wash their hands and rinse with peroxide before the exam. The office has a modern filtration system that is recommended to prevent the spread of covid. Doc was professional throughout my experience and was flexible with my schedule. I had my braces for about 11 months and I can tell you that I love my new smile. The office is huge and clean. The Doctor's staff are respectful and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. One thing that is not a big deal but I wish I was more involved with is the contests. On the company's Instagram they always post contest winners of very cool prizes. In all my visits I was never offered to be entered in any contests which is the only reason I give this place 4 stars.
