We came here after eating pizza at Blaze across the street . What better way to celebrate our 41 Wedding Anniversary but we saved the best for last ... the best dessert Heaven place on earth.We were greeted by the most friendliest server with a great smile and dimples. Since we ate to much pizza which was a bad move on our part when we should have had dessert first! We shared the death and taxes sundae but next time we will order something for our selves with NO sharing! The peanut butter ice cream was delicious as was the waffle cone and real whip cream, that was big enough for two.This is a very unique dessert place with a wide variety of Sinful treats. The decor is delightful with plenty of fun things to peak your interests. Top notch service all the way with endless smiles. This is now on our favorites list to come to more often. Absolutely incredible! No words. I thought the inside was beautiful, cute, and trendy. The staff were kind and also helped me decide what to eat. The service was great and the dessert was phenomenal. I was overwhelmed with the amount of desserts on their menu. I am known for my sweet tooth and could have ordered so many things. However, the portion sizes are LARGE and you may not even finish your own. Think with your mind and not your stomach lol. I ordered a crepe with Nutella, bananas, and strawberries. It came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It reminded me of the crepes I had in Paris! I can't wait to come back and try another item. read more

First timers, first the good...pretty inside. We were seated at the window, and because my mother in law was sensetive to light we asked to be moved. They said "no" We tasted their Nutella ice cream, creamy but little in flavor. We ordered 2 sundaes, Peanut butter with Reese's pieces, they gave us peanut butter cup pieces..ok, but the ice cream taste.. inedible. Second sundae with overcooked brownies and gritty chocolate ice cream..we couldn't believe it. Ok..so we thought they couldn't get coffee wrong. We were mistaken. $50.. ouch. I had the hardest time deciding among the menu options, but ended up going with the "Nutellin' You Nothing" over a waffle. It. is. DIVINE! Especially the ice cream - velvety and luscious!!! And the waffle is just the right amount of not-overly-sweet, which helps balance the nutella sauce and toffee brittle. Overall, what a GREAT combo of textures (velvety ice cream, crunchy toffee brittle, smooth sauce, and fluffy waffle) -- as well as temperatures -- warm waffle + cold ice cream! While there, I opted for the "New York New York" cheesecake with strawberries and strawberry compote. It's perfect! Wouldn't change a thing -- the sauce isn't overly sweet, and the berry flavor really shines! Paul Hollywood would give a handshake to that, for sure! Also got a cappuccino, knowing I'd need a pick-me-up after the sugar rush (and crash!) It, too, was just great! I was very skeptical at first about going to a place called the White Rabbit. I had no idea what to expect. I was very happy that I took the leap and went in. The décor is right out of Alice in Wonderland but more grown up. The desserts are quite tasty and the staff is wonderful. You step into an Alice-in-Wonderland-esque forest and are greeted by waitresses dressed to the nines before being escorted to your table (high backed booths conveniently spaced greater than 6 feet apart). As you explore your surroundings, you are met with menagerie reminiscent of the iconic storybook and movie, old-times bicycles here, decorative mirrors there, and clocks galore everywhere! The entire experience is very well-polished. I ended up choosing the Split Company, a "banana split" that is part Nutella, part salted caramel, and part white chocolate, tied together with home-made ice cream and whipped cream. It. Was. Rich. Almost unappetizingly so. Indeed, I could not finish the dessert, even though I am a big boy and it was not a big dish. Also, It. Was. Expensive. Almost $15 for what culminated as a half banana, three scoops of ice cream, some whipped cream, and drizzles of Nutella. I suppose you're paying for the experience, but it is definitely a once and done kind of experience for me. It was pretty cool at first, but not someplace that I would frequent over and over as it overall felt pretty one note. This is an amazing new business in Henrietta. I forgot to take a picture this time of my dessert but I will next time. Once I ordered it took only 5-7 minutes for it to be ready. I got the free Elite event one with Strawberry. Since I got it to go they put the fresh waffle in the container and put lots of strawberries, white chocolate bits and white chocolate drizzled on it. They then give a very generous serving of their strawberry ice cream on the side. By the time I got home the ice cream was just starting to melt (after a half hour drive). I put that ice cream on that waffle and ate the entire thing! It was big so I surprised myself but it was so good! The restaurant has a unique and Fanciful atmosphere. Cool lights and decor with many booths so social distancing is easy. It was very clean inside and you can watch them prepare your food since it's wide open. I will go back again very soon! read more

We have been to the White Rabbit three times now and it never disappoints. This is no mom-and-pop ice cream stand. It really is an "experience", starting with the friendly host who seated us promptly and accomodated our request for a booth upfront so that my elderly mother did not have to walk too far. Brendon D. has been our server twice and he is fantastic - always ready with great recommendations, helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and the epitomy of friendly and efficient service. Attempted to try this place but for the service? What service? Went at 7:40 PM, 2 people ahead of us were waiting and had been for a while. There were empty tables and no host/hostess to greet people. The staff behind the counter did nothing to step in to help seat anyone or answer the phone. The staff was laughing and joking around.
