Place is adorable inside! The service was wonderful and they are very quick. The desserts are ridiculously delicious! Definitely a place to go again & again, so many things to try!! Just go! Well worth it!

Great service, delicious chicken and French fries! The art on the walls is a cool bonus as well. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Went with a big group- ordered a handful desserts to share. My favorite was the crepe with ice cream topped with chocolate and brownie! Staff was super accommodating with our large group size and were attentive to our needs throughout. Interior is very cute and would love to come back to try more! Portion is very large and can easily split most of the dishes between 2-3 people.

If you love crepes, waffles, and ice cream, this is your place to go. Right when you walk in the aroma of the home made waffles fills your nostrils. It's heavenly. The place is decorated Alice in a Wonderland theme, super cute. It is very spacious. The milkshakes are very good, they make their own ice cream. One of my go to is the Dark Side, it's tiny pieces of brownies with chocolate chips and ice cream. I always get a crepe instead of the waffles. The portions are huge and so one plate can be split between 2 people. It's about $20 a dessert plate. The only thing is there's never any specials and the menu is always the same. I highly recommended coming here for desserts and they are open late.

After having a good dinner, we were craving for ice cream, and found this place in google map. We had 25-30 minutes wait time (you have to wait in your car, as they do not allow queuing inside). Good thing is the websites gives a pretty detail info about your position in queue and expect sitting time. The staffs are very nice. Ambiance is average. Menu selection is moderate. We had, from the sundae... The Billionaire, Nothing Else Matters and Wake the Fudge Up. They were good, not too sweet and the fudges were nicely chewy.

A great spot for dessert for an occasion! Very cute decor and everything was clean and tidy! Lots of options. The portions are very big!!! We should have shared. The ice cream is made in house and was the best part of anything we got. Our server Brendan was friendly and happy. Our only drawback was the pricing, even as a niche dessert experience, it still seemed a little higher than it should have been.

Foods a bit pricy but good. Recently though they seem to have changed their menu with an AI image... there's a college of art and design just 10 minutes away. Very disappointing, especially for $20 per crepe.

Finally, I checked out this place. Been wanting to from a long time. I so badly wanted to like it. The only part I liked was the very friendly staff. Otherwise, I found this place very pretentious. So, I ordered a strawberry shortcake waffle. It's exactly what they describe. A medium size waffle with cut strawberries and creme. That's it. Very basic. Tastes just like waffles and strawberries. But 14.5 dollars for this? I don't get it. The bond cinna apple waffle dish was pretty much the same. However with some ice cream for 16.5 dollars. The worst of all was the red velvet cake dish though. It was dry. The sponge was hard. I made Duncan Hines red velvet cake which was much softer and tasted much much better.

Deserts are extraordinary! Service is fantastic! The place is beautiful! If I lived closer, I'd be there much more! Looking forward to going back to Rochester just for this place!

Dessert date with my granddaughter. Decadent! Heavenly hot cocoa with whipped cream. Apple-Y Ever After warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Flourless Dream chocolate cake (gluten-free). Great service. Relaxing decor. Looking forward to our return to indulge the taste buds again.

My daughter and I wanted to try this place... and we won't be back. Pros: Clean. Friendly servers (Portia was adorable! We really enjoyed her- the other server was very friendly and just as upbeat and positive though I didn't get his name). Cute ambiance. Cons: While the place was only half full, the wait was 15+ minutes so I can only assume there is a low number of staff on shift. The hostess/food prep person several times hollered the servers name to run food and back to back sat tables for the two servers. We were sat by the hostess and then the servers had to move our table because a large party was coming in and our party of 2 was sat in the only large seating section. Portia was greeting and taking orders from an 8 top of primarily young boys who had come in and been seated in her already busy section while in the food prep area she was called twice to run her food. I felt bad as a former server while I watched her get seated back to back at least 3 times. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or a communication issue but wow does that make for a long day as a server when that's what you're handed. Perhaps a good runner and expediter should be added to the staff? We often looked at dirty tables as parties left. Again- it seemed like this is a staffing problem since I didn't see anyone who wasn't constantly busy. Another con was the incredibly high prices. I get that it's an "experience" but aside from the decor and friendly servers I didn't think the "experience" was provided. Our desserts weren't something to write home about and while pretty- my cheesecake lacked flavor and tasted like a store bought cheesecake. The apple pie my daughter had was comparable to wegmans. We paid about $42 for two desserts and an orange soda (that tasted flat).

The majority of the menu is Turkish, and they are using authentic ingredients either imported from Turkey, or from the region. Our food was yummy and very reminiscent of the breakfasts we enjoyed when we were traveling. First, this place is in a strip mall and may not be easy to spot; second it's small, and despite their efforts to jazz up the interior with themed seating areas, it has a very take-out sort of vibe; and third, there are other things on the menu that I'm guessing they offer because of their proximity to RIT, but take my word for it - stick with the Turkish items and you will not be disappointed! Our order included the 'sucuklu yumurta', which is basically eggs with Turkish sausages served in it's own metal pan, plus the bagel plate, and I had the 'tray' (the name of which I cannot remember) which came with hard boiled eggs, fruit, cheese, tea, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers and a roll. It was almost exactly the breakfast we had every morning in Turkey, except the fruit we had there was fresh and here it was a kind of preserve. The portions may seem a little small, but prices are very good, and I would definitely recommend getting more things than you think you need just so you can try more and ensure you will leave satisfied. We are looking forward to going back and eating more of the menu!

I am not sure what happened, but the menu we were given didn't have any of these cool, unique things on it. The place is pretty cool inside, with a lot of board games. There are video games too, but the Nintendo switch didn't seem to work. We ordered a cereal milkshake thing to start. It was okay. The blended cereal inside of it gave it an odd texture. My daughter asked for a Cinnabun, which is a Cinnamon Roll Waffle w/ Icing & Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It didn't have any Cinnamon Toast Crunch in or on it. I ordered a 2 Piece, which is a Cheese Stuffed Waffle Topped w/ 2 Pieces of Bacon & 2 Eggs. There was no cheese in it. I asked for poached eggs but they said they didn't know how to make them. I asked for over easy instead, but I don't think they knew how to make those either, because the yolks were hard and not runny. This place is a great and fun idea, but the food was executed poorly, and inaccurately. Even worse when it was 2 meals and a drink for one adult and one tiny child and it racked up to $40.

Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences. We spent 2.5 hours total at the restaurant. After waiting an excessive amount of time, we watched two tables that arrived at least an hour after us receive their food first. When we politely asked if our ticket might have been missed, we were told those tables ordered before us, which simply wasn't true. We were then told the delay was because burgers take a long time but a nearly two-hour wait for a burger is pretty wild. It took about 25 minutes just for someone to take our drink order, and we were never asked if we wanted additional drinks. We had to flag staff down for everything. No ketchup, no hot sauce, nothing offered. The $30 mimosa flight served in tiny glasses also felt like a complete scam. When the food finally came, two people in our party were served 15-20 minutes before the other two, and the food was cold. One dish had completely raw eggs. When I let the server know I couldn't eat it, she came back and removed the meal from the bill, which was appreciated. However, the interaction itself felt tense and dismissive, which made an already frustrating experience worse. They did give us a round of breakfast shots to try to help pass the time which was appreciated. The food itself was disappointing overall. The breakfast burrito was basically all eggs with raw, bitter avocado, and my husband's burger was missing requested toppings. We also noticed food sitting in the service window while we continued waiting. The only person who was happy with their meal got the biggie fries an it was hot when it arrived. To make matters worse, the bathroom was unheated on an 18° day (feels like 2°) and not clean. We're a pretty chill, patient group and understand that kitchens get backed up but man, this experience completely missed the mark. Ironically, the cooks thanked us for our patience and servers said goodbye pleasantly on the way out. We honestly may have let a lot of this go if the service hadn't felt so dismissive when we calmly raised concerns.

Our server, Ashley B, absolutely crushed it--attentive, friendly, and somehow always there exactly when we needed something without ever hovering. That kind of service really sets the tone. Food and drinks? Incredible. My husband went for the chicken and waffles paired with a whiskey sour--perfect balance of savory and sweet with a cocktail that hit just right. Once they posted it, it was a little less impressive, but at that point, we were committed. I will say that it wasn't the most efficient dining experiences. They didn't have online reservations, so I did have to call in. When we arrived, about 15 minutes early, they weren't ready to check guests in, so we sat down to wait. The manager came around to ask how many were in your party, and tell you which line to use to check in - they had 2 seating areas and 2 check ins based on party size, I guess. Then we had to check in and pay, but this didn't include drinks, so we still had to pay again before we left. The buffet itself was fine, there was a barbeque station that smelled pretty good, and a breakfast station that was OK. Vegetarian options were very limited. I had homefries and some scrambled eggs, neither of which was hot when I got them. There were sugar waffles, which were really good, and some fruit, several breakfast meats (I don't eat beef or pork), and some garlic parm chicken that looked good, but was incredibly overcooked, so neither of us ate it. Barbeque was only beef or pork, so I had salad and some of the mac and cheese, which was pretty good. There were some mini desserts - OK mini cannoli's, a pretty good chocolate cake, and some carrot cake that my guy ate while I was away, so I assume was good! I believe the desserts got picked over pretty fast and were not all replaced. Condiments were in plastic squeeze bottles at the end of the buffet line, and coffee extras were all disposable as well. So, it was fine, and the guy was full and happy at the end, but I was not super impressed and ate mostly salad comprised of lettuce, cucumber, and croutons.
