This is honestly one of the best experiences I've had in my life. I'm vegan and gluten-free, and they have a bunch of gluten-free options and they are all delicious! So far, I've had the Go-To smoothie, the Dairy Free shake, and the Run Sundae Run (they let me switch the regular vanilla ice cream with their dairy free vanilla ice cream), and none of them have disappointed. Wow! Indies and went to dessert heaven! This place is too amazing for words. I'm obsessed with dessert. If I could eat only sweets, and still maintain my figure and health, I would eat nothing more! The decor in this place was top notch. I felt like Alice in Wonderland that fell down the rabbit hole! The only things on the menu is coffee (all types), tea, shakes and dessert. I had a chocolate and Nutella latte! I was in heaven!! Then I had s'more French crepes. OMG! The crepe was light and flaky, and stuffed with white chocolate ice cream. There was graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow and chocolate syrup drizzled over the top with chocolate chips. My daughter had the peanut butter crepe stuffed with peanut butter ice cream. All their ice cream and syrup are made on the premises. It was delicious! The service was great, and seating was comfortable. My only gripe was the music. I'm a music snob, and they played like really bad club music and I heard some bizarre country club song. My daughter, who is young and hip, didn't recognize the tunes blasting in the restaurant. She joked, and said she felt like she was shopping at Abercrombie since the music was loud and painful. If they could play 80's, 90's or classic rock, it would have a better vibe. The music is such a small part of the experience. I recommend everyone try a delicious dessert crepe or waffle! Skip dinner, and head straight for dessert! I've been here a couple times now. While the offerings are yummy, the prices are RIDICULOUS. $17 for a waffle with custard and fresh fruit. Clearly the custard is not homemade either. It's definitely premade. The crepes don't travel well, they get a little gummy. And they clearly need more stars because the food is slow. I will have one of each. If I lived in Rochester I'd be well on my way to "crane fat" with this place. First of all you walk in and it's like a middle aged lady's Instagram heaven-super cute with an elegant twist. Lots of seating. You are also greeted promptly by a smiling face. I got three things to go (NOT all for me-I know what you were thinking!) and all of them were exceptional. Cheesecake is creamy, apple pie smells insane and I asked the counter server which one she recommended between the two I was deciding between and I got a strawberry/banana/Nutella crepe. I thought it was a little pricey at first but once I got those desserts home we realized well worth it!! They don't skimp on fruit or Nutella and in addition to all of the fruit on top, it was inside too. (Certain other crepe places could learn a lesson from this place!) Three people asked if I needed plastic silverware. Three people said hello to me. Maybe I looked lonely?? Probably more like everyone is just friendly. Anyway my order came up very quickly. There is a man who worked there-probably the manager who is very attractive and I told him so (he's married...I wasn't hitting on him) but he'll probably be joining the hashtag me too movement tomorrow. I have been wanting to try this place for months. The restaurant is easy to find, very cute with an Alice in Wonderland theme. I got the dessert as take out. I had the Username Apple : New York cheesecake, apple crisp cinnamon streusel with caramel sauce. Sounds so yummy. In reality I had a slab of very decent cheesecake and about 4 thick slices of apples that obviously canned apple pie filling. And a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers. No caramel sauce, no streusel, no apple crisp. For $15 I had hoped for more. It looks like ice cream is more what they sell, but I am probably not going to bother going back. read more

My girlfriend ordered two scoops of ice cream, which equated to about a pint or more of ice cream it was massive and both flavors were absolutely delicious. I ordered the walking brownie but added caramel sauce to it as well, it was absolutely amazing and cured my sweet tooth. My girlfriend also got a tea which she enjoyed very much. You need something to do or else your special friend is just gonna go home and you'll be by yourself. You need SOMETHING to do so your date night doesn't get cut short. You want to give them big "I know a spot" energy. Ladies, imagine you hanging out with your girls, having fun, gossiping about whoever, but you don't all want to part ways just yet. You want to go somewhere cute but don't want to be bombarded with people. You want something sweet (no, Chan is not on the menu). I got y'all. I got us. White Rabbit Dessert Experience. This isn't your ordinary ice cream spot though, this is the spot that will have you (and whoever you're with) genuinely impressed. If they aren't impressed, they're LYING. So boom, upon walking in, you'll be greeted by staff immediately with a very warm and genuine welcome into the establishment. Looking around, I felt like I was in Alice in Wonderland with the mirrors and clocks on the wall, definitely unique decor. This is a sit down spot, so don't think you can just get your dessert and dash. The host will guide you to your table, ask if you have any questions and then will leave you to peruse the menu. Take your time, sit down, get comfortable and review your options because you have a LOT to look over. The menu is pretty extensive (With over 50 options!) and they have pretty much any dessert you can possibly want. The next thing I noticed was the price. Yeoooooooo, 15 for a sundae?! It's HAS to be worth it. The next thing I noticed was that the menu doesn't have pictures of specific items on it. Each section has a small graphic that gives you an idea of what you're getting into, but y'all know I need PICTURES. However, if you go to their website, you'll find plenty of pictures of the options they offer. My first trip, I had a sundae named "Wake The Fudge Up" (Insert description), and I was impressed! Chocolate ice cream, delicious fudge, whipped cream and a waffle cone chip. This is a lot of food. If you're still full from dinner, you might want to share something because these are grown man portions. This must be what heaven feels like since eating this sent me to another world. The chocolate ice cream was rich, the fudge was soft yet firm, and the waffle cone was the best I've ever had. The quality of everything was through the roof, making it well worth the price I paid. I've never been blown away by a dessert, but this was really the next level. My only complaint about this sundae was that it had a LOT of fudge in it. Almost too much in my opinion. If you're a chocolate lover, you won't be disappointed. My second trip, I had "Mad Chocolate", a slice of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. On my first bite, I was immediately taken back to family birthday parties at my aunt's house. The way the cold ice cream mixes with the soft, spongy cake gave me an intense rush of nostalgia. The only thing that could've given me even more nostalgia is if I was eating this off a styrofoam plate with a plastic spoon. This cake is GOOD and so is the ice cream. The best part about the ice cream is that they sell it to go! So if you REALLY enjoyed your meal, can go ahead and grab some to-go. I won't front like everything is perfect though, I was able to sample some of their red velvet cake since some of the people I went with also had some. What I noticed was one slice was significantly dryer than the other one (2 people ordered red velvet at my table). I'm thinking one person got the end slice of the cake, but if I have to play roulette with the moisture of my cake, I'd rather just avoid it. The other thing I thought was a bit much, was the sauce they used on the cake. It felt like I couldn't get a bite of just cake. Sometimes, I like to try the pieces of my meals individually, then as a combination, you feel me? Normally, I pass on dessert (or at least take it easy) because my stomach is pretty sensitive to dairy, but this didn't set me off at all! Super fun place! If you're looking for a date night place to go, I would strongly recommend. The portions are BIG. Ideally for two. The desserts are beautiful and delicious. I wasn't expecting to be served such a gorgeous dessert. The strawberry ice cream was my favorite part. It was SO creamy. One of the best strawberry ice creams I've ever had. I learned you can buy the ice cream in a pint and I think also a quart. Definitely tempted. The crepe was good but I think I preferred the waffle, really down to personal preference, they were both good, the crepe was just a little denser than I like. The interior is really fun and whimsical. Again really a cool place to go, it really is an all around experience. The only draw back for me are the prices, they feel a bit high but the portions are ginormous, so taking the portions into consideration the prices make sense. Loved the experience here. The only ice cream place you can go with beautiful seating and private menues they come and take your order. Or order to go if you'd like. Waffled are homemade right as you irder. So fresh and warm then add their homemade ice creams on top. Even all their toppings are house made. Much to my own surprise, I've now been to White Rabbit twice. Why to my surprise? Because the first time I came here, I was absolutely shocked by how expensive the deserts are. I've never come close to paying $15-$20 for a desert, not even in a fancy restaurant. Nevertheless, I was looking for a different desert experience last night and decided to give White Rabbit one more try. It was disappointing. I ordered an ice cream sundae and, while the portion was generous - one would hope for that price - it just wasn't good. The quality of the ice cream, in my opinion, isn't better than anything you'd get in a supermarket or fast food place. In my previous visit, I had a Belgian waffle with ice cream and had the same impression - it was a very 'meh' waffle (and the ice cream, again, was underwhelming). I've had great Belgian waffles before and this was not one of them (not close). Does the restaurant have a cool concept? Yes? Does it have an interesting looking desert menu? Yes. Is the food there any good? Not really. Is the food there good enough to justify the prices? Not at all. I don't understand the idea of paying so much money for such mediocre deserts and I am really surprised to see so many 5 star reviews for this place (the nearby Dairy Queen has better deserts at 1/4 the price).
