If you like ice cream, I mean really like Ice cream, you will love this place. The sundaes are large, rich and decadent. The home made ice cream is on point. Prices are a bit high but it is boutique and I'm sure costs are a good portion. Worth the money for a good occasion. They will do a scoop or two in a bowl so that's more doable on the regular. read more

if i could give less then a one star I 100% would. I will preface this with 3/5 people including myself serve at restaurants and are very lenient with busy service/ wait times. My party just left 10 minutes ago and I am astonished at the way we were treated while we were there. First off, we got seated and there was no server for 15 ish minutes, she came over and took our orders (1 thing per person & two of us got a smoothie) and then left for about 25 minutes before we had to ask her for WATERS! We brushed it off and then it took about 45 more minutes ish to get 2 of the 5 orders. In ten minute intervals we got two more of our orders and our 5th person ended up waiting. as we waited after another 10 ish minutes we got up and asked to speak to a manager because being avoided by our server and not getting our orders as every other table around us (that arrived after we did) got the food they ordered. The 18 year old "manager" replied with along the lines of " we're understaffed and we forgot a plate but if he doesn't want it we can take it off the bill" How does the server that walked by our table 50 times not see someone doesn't have their food? Why would we not want the food we were sitting there for over an hour for? How did the server drop of 4 plates to 5 people and not remember that there was a 5th person? We had his plate boxed up and then had to go up again to the front to get our bill. Which was over $100 for food that was disgusting. A simple "I apologize for the wait, we're busy and we will be out with your food shortly" or "I apologize for missing a plate, i've been very busy" or "i'm sorry" would have gone such a long way. Instead of ignoring and avoiding a table (she didn't even check us out some guy did) she should have just explained the situation quickly and we would've felt better about the situation. This girl had no sense of knowing how to interact with people and I felt bad that the management couldn't handle a horrible staff or a busy night. A check in to see if everything was okay at the table takes less then 3 seconds and she couldn't even do that. It's upsetting to see a business with so much potential have more bad reviews then good. I ordered the good company and it was freezing ( that was okay I wasn't going to bitch about it) but then i tried the bananas and they were so unripe that they were crunchy and bitter. It honestly was unfortunate that the managers excuse was that they are understaffed. They had the option of saying they could not take a 5 top and turned us away, instead of giving the worst service i've ever had. We had the same server the last time we came here, and she just needs new training. If I ever left a table for more then 10 minutes without a check in, I would be fired. Some restaurants shouldn't be in business anymore, and this is one of them. I hope the owner of this disaster takes some action for their business and shuts the place down while they find a new staff because they're losing more money keeping this place open making up for a staff with the incompetence of a child. There was no reason we had to wait an hour with absolutely zero communication, no drinks and no idea if we were even getting served. Maybe the location on walden is better, someone will have to let me know because this one is out of pocket. read more

Okay so the ice cream was good, not amazing but the prices for everything but the sundaes were INSANE! It was $12.75 for a tiny slice of cake, didn't even come with ice cream. The ice cream itself was above average but I would not go back. Ended up paying 24 dollars for a sundae and the cake. Was cute inside however, and had good service. I'm totally in love with this place. Every time I find myself in the area I have to stop, unfortunately for my waistline. Their menu is so cool. This place is as delicious as it is gorgeous. They have a thoughtful modern and whimsical Alice In Wonderland decor, and everything has a professional touch to it. The seating is lush and gorgeous- you just want to stay and hang out there for hours. The best seats are the large, high backed love seats that face each other -perfect for a party of four. Their large prep area with glass display is a great way to see your treats being made. Everything is fresh and made to order, with the ice cream made in house, and almost daily. The biggest question is what to order since everything is delicious. The crepes are outstanding, and the waffles are to die for. They can even be ordered on Grubhub, so if you don't want to make the drive- you can have these desserts brought to you! The place is right next to the highway, across from the Christmas Tree Shops plaza, so don't miss it. The parking lot is small but there is additional parking in the back. I definitely recommend you came here for a date, a ladies night, or to take a group for after dinner desserts. And if someone in your party is not a sweet tooth, they have a full selection of coffees, too. I love this place, the dessert selection is amazing and I recommend any of the ice cream waffles. Whomever dreamt up this place did an wonderful job. The atmosphere is quirky, a bit like being in wonderland but in a nice way. The service is a bit slow but this place is still fairly new and it is worth the wait every time. My only slight issue is that the bathroom always looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while but that is my only criticism. I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago to inquire about doing a birthday party for my four year old. She wanted a mermaid, princess, unicorn party and the décor here is fabulous! I was nervous when the gal at the counter said they do not offer a party room, but to come before 2 pm as that is their slow time. My daughter's party was yesterday. We were late getting to there (thank you Grand Island Bridge!) and I called ahead to let them know we would be arriving. The gals working were beyond wonderful. I wrote their names down, but cannot find the paper now in the midst of all our paper work anyhow for the owner of this business your manager maybe assistant manager? And the bubbly blonde are fantastic! Not only had they already set up for our guests, but they quickly set to work helping me get the party going. I was apprehensive about making a mess with a bunch of toddlers- so I did my best to keep crafts and decorations to a minimum, but things still got messy. I honestly expected some kind of annoyance from our server and there was none! She was so kind and thoughtful. Our guests ended up using half of the room! The girls were gracious and accommodating the entire, I mean entire time! They even played Happy Birthday over the entire restaurant for our daughter. Now as far as desserts they looked absolutely beautiful, but I couldn't tell you how wonderful they tasted as my husband and I were too busy getting things going.
