The window service is not the best. They have 1 employee preparing the coffee for the restaurant & the window and it's too much for 1 person. I left 3 times already. The guy does not turn to see if anyone is waiting or acknowledges your presence. My suggestion, get another person other than the barista to take care of orders at the window. Miami Shores does not have that problem. They are wonderful. Close to my home so I love it. I work in the Gables and the service is lacking.
