We have stayed here a few times with no issues. We liked it here. The issues we had were serious. We were offered compensation one night for the troubles. We stayed another night, which is what we booked. Weeks went by, I never saw credit for the night. They had my credit card information! I called many times with the promise my refund was coming. It never happened! They lied. Will never spend money at any of their properties. They have a few under different names. As I read other reviews, I see another person with the same complaint! Scammers! Beware! Be also careful on what room you get.

In effect saving them the added costs of a booking service. When I checked in, they even thanked me for doing so. When I got to my room, I was stunned at what I saw. The room was the old housekeeping closet that they converted into a room. We barely had any room to turn around much less enjoy our stay. This was, by far, the worst room I have ever been in. The bathroom was tiny with zero space to put anything around the sink. I'm not a big guy, but I could barely fit into the cubicle sized shower. When you look at all the other rooms, they had 2 big windows facing the front. Our room had a tiny window they cut into the side wall. It was about 1/4 the size of one of the windows in every other room. The light was off center in the room because it was centered in the housekeeping closet. And, on top of all that, the walls are paper thin. I heard everything that went on next door. The whole experience was horrible and ruined my girlfriend's birthday weekend. If you want to play Russian roulette with your vacation, be my guest. I will never step foot on that property again.

Thankfully, we got full credit for both flights and hotel. But the beach itch was real, so we decided on a road trip. Tried Rehoboth Beach- sold out, tried Dewey Beach, also sold out. My non-Yelp husband, chose the Cape. Don't be fooled by the "hotel" in the name. It's got a fresh coat of paint, some funky furniture and a trendy vibe, but peel that onion and... it's still a motel. That said, our room had perks: bay views across the street, two bathrooms, a decent living room, broom+dustpan, iron+ board and other basics. There's complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby area and a pantry filled with snacks for sale. The grounds are kept clean and there's a bonfire we enjoyed in the evenings when the Cape's temps got cool. And a complimentary yoga sess that my body just needed to reset. However, our blanket had like small, old (blood?) spots, mushy pillows and a security bar that practically fell off the wall every time I tried to lock the door. Harbor H. is put together nicely and the lobby has a solid coastal feel. Service was great and shoutout to Shawn & Maurice at the desk for their super welcoming energy. The nightly rate was insane. But mid-August, last-minute, A LOT of Ptown's B&Bs and hotels are booked, with everyone and their great-grandmother traveling- I get it. For the 4 nights we paid, we expected wayyy more.

The room didn't appear to have been properly cleaned--the floor was sandy and dirty upon arrival. The amenities were good though. Great pool and fireplace area and commuting downtown by bus was incredibly easy. I wish they served breakfast in the hotel though.

From the moment we arrive, Spencer always makes us feel genuinely welcome. The inn strikes the perfect balance between historic New England charm and modern comfort, and everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfasts each morning are outstanding. They are beautifully prepared, delicious, and something we looked forward to every day. The location couldn't have been better. Tucked away in the East End, it was peaceful and quiet while still being an easy walk or bike ride to everything Provincetown has to offer. After a day exploring beaches, galleries, and shops on Commercial Street, it was wonderful to come back to such a relaxing place. What really sets this inn apart, though, is the hospitality. You can tell Spencer takes tremendous pride in creating an experience rather than simply providing a place to stay. That personal touch is what makes all the difference. This is easily the best bed-and-breakfast experiences we've ever had. We've met wonderful people during our stays and are so look forward to coming back! It feels like a little family reunion.

The restaurant space at this property is stunning inside and out, and the views of the harbor are always breathtaking. We were seated by a smiling and friendly hostess. We started off with a Negroni mocktail and a Cosmopolitan. Both cocktails were expertly prepared and delicious. Our first shared course was oysters en brochette. These were Wellfleet oysters wrapped in bacon that appeared to be battered and fried. They were decadent, very delicious, and served with a Creole mustard sauce. For our entrées, we chose from the à la carte menu, which included grilled salmon with a citrus beurre blanc sauce and a grilled lobster tail from a 2-pound lobster served with drawn butter. The side dishes we chose were roasted potatoes, asparagus, and mascarpone grits. While eating, we both continually commented on how perfectly everything was cooked and how delicious everything tasted. It was amazing. The only miss here was the mascarpone grits. They had no flavor, and the expected creaminess from the mascarpone was lost on us. We asked our server for some salt and pepper and added it to the grits, which greatly improved the flavor profile. Our desserts looked and tasted just as amazing as the rest of our meal. The crème brûlée was delicious, and the flourless chocolate torte with raspberry sauce was amazing. I included photos, but we devoured the chocolate torte so quickly that all I can show is an empty plate. The service was a bit disappointing. It was slow and inattentive, which surprised us because the restaurant was not busy, there were a lot of staff, and there were many empty tables around us. The interaction with our server was very friendly, however, and she seemed very nice. Every time I dine at the Red Inn, I wonder why I don't spend more time there. The bar space is inviting and offers beautiful views of the harbor as well.

Breakfast was also very yummy. It was made to order and plentiful. During our stay breakfast consisted of pancakes, eggs, potatoes, sausage/bacon, English muffin, parfait, juice/water/tea/coffee.
