The ground "beef" is, in fact, ground EVERYTHAAAANG, with little to no accuracy in labeling the fat % let alone the TYPE OF ANIMAL, which is kind of a big deal for those of us THAT EAT KOSHER or HALAL, and those of us with a damn sense of taste and value, for that matter! I went to the Kalispell Super1 the other night just to compare. Their ground beef is a rich red color, not anything like the crud they're selling at Whitefish now. And the meat department overall is just not so well kept anymore. And God help you if you happen by while they are cleaning, because you will get hit with a cloud of meaty cleaner solution steam, and the stoned teenager behind the counter DOES NOT care, which seems to be a sentiment from top to bottom in that department. Although, I'm sure the packers roost crowd won't be in here anytime soon. And that's not a bad thing.
