The office was bright, the furniture was stylish yet simple. The TV had really great information about procedures and services. Both the Dentist and I believe Adell who performed the procedure had excellent "bedside" manner. I felt like they really cared about providing great service and a great experience! Everyone I interacted with was courteous, friendly and helpful. And they have this wonderful membership plan that gives great benefits on services they provide. It is a real value! I will most likely subscribe. I love that they didn't pressure me into joining as well. It's a top notch place. I highly recommend them!

Upon arrival, I was informed they did NOT take my insurance. I recently had a major surgery- getting out of the house for this appointment was a big deal for nothing. When my insurance changed about 4 years ago, I switched to my wife's dentist and realized I had never had an EXCELLENT dentist like Dr. Nick and his staff. I've since had a filling and 2 old fallen-out crowns replaced, and the care has been both superb and affordable, with almost no waiting. All of their equipment is state-of-the-art (as far as I can tell), which probably speeds things up considerably, but it also feels like they value your time so the next person you need (hygienist, dentist, receptionist, etc.) is ready to go as soon as it's their turn up at the plate, though they explain everything thoroughly and don't rush you out, either. The entire experience is friendly, cost-conscious but not cheap, and seamless in a way that must take a ton of hard work and coordination behind the scenes. It's all very impressive and feels like a place where people enjoy their work because they do it so well. I've also never been pitched a bunch of products or procedures I didn't need. In fact, several times Dr. Nick or his associates have explained why I didn't need something in particular (like the anti-bacterial UV treatments ex-smokers sometimes need...the bacteria count didn't justify it for me). I don't write many reviews, but I also don't often run into an experience like that provided by Premier Smiles. My wife has perfect, toothpaste-model teeth, and I wish I'd come here a long time ago like she did so I would, too (and she'd stop showing them off all the time to make me jealous). I can't recommend Premier Smiles highly enough; the entire operation is truly remarkable.

I usually stick with the same Hygienist for this, as I am a creature of habit. Second, my actual Dentist always takes a look after my cleaning is done so that he can let me know if there is anything that popped up while I am there that might need attention. This is good. Now... my last two cleaning sessions literally broke my heart. The ladies at the desk have ALWAYS been very kind to me, but on these last two occasions, it was as if... I don't know... something PERSONAL was happening with me. First, she all but snapped at me when I walked up to the desk, and then DEMANDED that I "pay first"... like they used to do to Denny's patrons back in the day (which REALLY made me uncomfortable) so, according to her, "...we can all get OUT of there and go home!". Then, my usual Hygienist was not available, and I wish they had told me this beforehand, and some other... person... did the cleaning, to the point that I can honestly say that she was DEFINITELY UNHAPPY with me!! I didn't know that a simple cleaning can HURT so badly!!! At any rate, I don't know what it was that I did wrong, or who I made angry enough to deserve this treatment, but I can take a hint. No more PAIN, please. I am sorry for whatever it was that I did wrong. I have never been treated like this, not even in the U.S. ARMY. :-(
