I have severe anxiety and a history of dental trauma, and for the first time in a decade I feel like I can go to the dentist without anxiety. I brought my first child her 10 years ago. I brought her on her 3rd birthday (I know a weird way to celebrate but she's thriving now)! The staff here made it so memorable that we brought our 2nd child on her 2nd birthday (traditions - LOL). The staff is so nice, if they staffed the world, the world would be a better place! Dr. Diamond is super thorough, he's attentive, professional, and honest! The "report card" system is super helpful and he's a tough grader but it's encouraging for parents and kids to turn things around in 6 months. Dr. Diamond takes his time to explain to my kids where they need to focus on brushing and flossing and most importantly how to correctly do them both. I have been coming to this office since I was 2 (I am 26 now), and have been under Dr. Diamond's care for at least the past 15 years. The staff is friendly and professional and their work is of the highest caliber. Dr. Diamond is patient, caring and warm, and extremely conscientious--this last bit is what makes me trust him so much. He is extremely thorough in his examinations--if there is anything suspicious Dr. Diamond spots it and takes care of it right away. He also keeps accurate records of the what he has noticed and of the work he has done. As far as I know, Dr. Mark Sayed is still the resident orthodontics guy--he took care of my braces, etc, and I remember him being personable with a great sense of humor. I was very satisfied with the work he did (am still wearing my glow in the dark watermelon retainers). Michel (Karla, too--she always gives me a courtesy call the day before my appointment) at the front desk is kind and efficient--she's been there for years and always keeps up on the happenings of my life--it is nice to feel known and remembered. I really value the continuity in that office--they know what they are doing, they do it well, and they really care. Also kids get a little toy after their cleaning--I always LOVED that. Also a plus is the building-- 'El Mirador'--just around the corner from that little Pasty shop (which I finally went to for the first time yesterday! So great and so inexpensive...I'll have to write a review for that next!). It's a Spanish style building with a little courtyard in the middle and a huge fountain that my mom would give me pennies for. We'd also race up the two circular stairs (great memories!). Lots more I could write--but in summary I give Dr. Diamond and his staff my highest recommendation and hope I can continue my positive experience there as long as I live in the area! read more

Totally scammed me. I was a customer here my whole life, growing up, remembering those posters on the ceiling with the colorful polar bear. I came in for a routine check up on my braces, Dr. Diamond insist that I get a mouth guard because he noticed grinding on my teeth. After explicitly promising the insurance would pay for the bill, I was later discovered I had to pay for the bill. A bill for something I NEVER WANTED. Dr. Diamond insisted I need a mouth guard, and promised I wouldn't have to pay for it. Later charged me a $500 medical bill that I cannot afford. I NEVER WANTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Bill was sent to collections, without any effort to contact me. I discovered the unwanted medical bill after reviewing my credit score. Not only did Diamond Dental rob me of $500, but also hurt my credit score. read more
