The changing room and quite room and very small and didn't have a comfortable feel to me. The 60 minute massage I booked started on time, but it was just okay. This is the first time I've ever had a massage that didn't use warm lotion nor wrap my feet with warm towels. Honestly, the entire experience and building felt chilly the whole time I was there. I noticed at the end of my massage that the thermometer in the room read 68 degrees, yikes! I also was confused because of conflicting signage regarding cells phone. One sign said "discouraged" in the quiet area and another sign said "not allowed". Either way, while I understand "respecting other's relaxation" for some of us part of relaxing and renewing is scrolling social media and reading on our KindlKindle apps because we are too busy during the week. Overall, I felt very awkward most of the time I was here.

This morning, I had an unexpected work emergency and unfortunately missed my scheduled appointment. I completely understand salons have policies, and I immediately had the front desk communicate with Valerie to reschedule for the nearest available slot, offering to pay the fee toward my next appointment as a deposit. To my shock, Valerie completely refused to accommodate an established client. Not only did she insist on charging the full amount for a missed session due to an emergency, but she also had the front desk tell me she would have "no availability for the next few weeks"--a petty, punitive gesture toward a loyal customer. While businesses have rules, they also require basic human understanding and professional flexibility for returning clients. Valerie chose a one-time penalty over long-term customer loyalty. I will not be returning to this salon, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value a stylist who treats clients with mutual respect and professionalism.

Unfortunately their "Bridal Concierge" team is not very good. They were the one stressful thing about my wedding. I had to constantly reach out to get a reply (if I got one). I was never responded to when I asked in January to schedule my hair trail. I reached out in March for a timeline to make sure we would be done on time and I did not get a reply until 3 weeks before my wedding and everything was incorrect. The times were well after I said we had to be done, they added makeup which was not marked on the form, and did not have the right styles with the right person. I tried to speak with a manager and she pushed me off saying I had to deal with the bridal team even after sharing my frustration about them. I would NOT recommend using them for a wedding. It's unfortunate since I use to like the salon but they have gone down hill with customer service. Day of the lady at the front desk was annoyed I was not paying for everyone and that she had to refund me for some of my deposit. She kept saying I could pay for someone and they pay me back even after I said no. I did love my stylist and she did a amazing job but the frustration of everything outweighs the day of service.

I am plus size (5'7 240lbs) and this place was plus size friendly. When you make the appointment, they ask for your robe size and shoe size. Those will be located in your locker when you get walked back. They will give you a warm towel to wash your hands as you walk and it feels lovely! The lockers are easy to use. There are two toilets and a shower. This area is fairly small, however I never ran into anyone. You can undress as much (or as little) as you want. I get rid of everything but my underwear. Then you will go to the holding area. It's a very beautiful and relaxing area. There is water (flat and sparking) and some small snacks. Your provider will come get you from that room. Both times I have been here, my providers (male and female) have been very polite, friendly and respectful. The massage was wonderful! I felt amazing afterwards!! When you are done, they bring you back to The holding area and you can stay there as long as you like. The only reason I took a star off is because I had received a birthday promotion email and this was not automatically taken off at the desk. I didn't notice until I got to my car.
