They worked efficiently with my insurance (State Farm). I haven't had many external repairs on my car like this but the work seemed to be a good value (my dad works for a dealership and agreed). They also cleaned my car inside and out which was a pleasant surprise!

He threatened that the other insurance would force them to use subpar parts and that we would have to pay for labor. This was in direct conflict with what we heard and experienced from the insurance company. In one conversation when we were asking questions he hung up on us after suggesting we might want to take our car elsewhere. We decided and the insurance company agreed and paid for us to tow the car to a different body shop in town to get repaired. DO NOT take your car here.
