If I could give them 0 stars, I would. If you need your vehicle serviced, DO NOT USE THIS…read moreESTABLISHMENT! We had our Toyota Rav 4 Charcoal Canister replaced 3 times, and the lights on the dashboard are all still on. Now the part is still under warranty (failed after 7 months) as it is a one-year warranty part. Beware of them telling you a part has mileage warranty; they lied and told us we were 624 miles over the warranty. I called the Toyota Experience line, and they said that part is a one-year warranty part mileage does not matter. Guess they think the customer won't check. When that didn't work for them, they said it was our fault for the part failing from overfilling with gas. This is ridiculous! I did my due diligence, and online there are hundreds to thousands of complaints for several Toyota brands, Charcoal Canister Failures, and many complaints list the dealership telling the customer it is their fault for overfilling the fuel tank. There are several other reasons this part can fail, and it really should be a RECALL ON EVERY VEHICLE AFFECTED. I will list the reasons in case this helps someone going through this same problem. Because of its design and the presence of check values that may become fouled with fuel, it is reported to fail frequently. It's located at the bottom of the vehicle, so debris can physically damage it. Also, it can clog with debris. Contamination from Liquid Fuel: fuel enters due to a malfunction in the fuel system. Now they want me to bring it back so they can check if something is wrong with the EVAP system. NO WAY, they should have been looking at that the second time it failed. Now it's the third time, and they want to wash their hands of it. After it failed the third time, they said the spark plugs needed to be replaced, which we did, and 2 weeks later, all the lights on the dashboard were on again, went back in, and then they said it was the Charcoal Canister. I have read the reviews for the sales department of this place also, and many people say don't purchase a car here or service it at Dry Ridge Toyota because they are liars, etc. This was resolved with Toyota Experience, as they were on the conference call. I had set up a time to have it replaced again, per their calling me to arrange a time. My husband went in, and the owner, whom we have never seen, came out of the office and said we are not doing the replacement, it's your fault it failed. SO, THEY LIED TO TOYOTA EXPERIENCE AND US, WASTED OUR TIME OFF WORK TO SCHEDULE. PLEASE READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE.

Then we had check engine lights coming on non stop. We had coolant leak after coolant leak. We got the run around with service and getting a loaner car. We were inconvenienced with a smaller vehicle and having to fit my kids and all their stuff. We have been in and out of the shop so many times I lost count. Once we can get in touch with people there, they are generally nice. But getting in touch is a challenge. My patience has run out. We just brought it in for another leak. They blamed in on a small accident that we had with a parking bollard. The damage was hardly noticeable. I showed them where the 2 leaks were. We turned it over to insurance. They had the car for 2 months. They "fixed" it. Then we brought it home and now its leaking again. It's leaking from one of the spots that I initially showed them. Now they're saying they will not cover it. So they sent it home with a leak after fixing a leak. I am honestly speechless. I would avoid Chevrolet all together and I would stay away from Kelsey.

After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!

A car isn't something you replace every year like a phone or a TV, it's something you depend on day in and day out. At the big dealerships, once you've signed the papers, you're often just another sale. But at Limited Motors, you're treated like a person, not a number. Life doesn't always go smoothly, and when challenges come up, it makes all the difference to have a dealership that listens and works with you. The team at Limited Motors truly understands that your car keeps the rest of your life running. They won't promise miracles, but they will go the extra mile to help when it counts.
