I had a good experience having my bumper lightly repaired. I was quoted an amount in advance for the basic repair. I was charged 25% more when I picked up my car, which was never addressed by Cole. Since I was paying cash, it would have been nice for some advanced notice and explanation given the difference. I may return, but would likely shop around first. read more

I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment time (some of that was to wait for the replacement hood). I figure, if a shop is busy it's because they're good. I'm glad I left it with them. Northgate body Shop did an incredible repair on our 2016 VW Passat. I shopped around several body shops before we chose this place. We had some nasty scrapes and bruises on our rear bumper Cole was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The price was reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner. I had basically the whole front end of my truck fixed up from a shower of broken glass hitting me on the freeway. The work was done at a reasonable time and they made working with insurance very easy. The end result looked great. Everyone that I interacted with had awesome customer service. I recently had an issue with my window and called them to see if it was possibly related to when I had the work done a year ago with their guarantee. Don't look any further! These guys do a top notch job, are very honest and straightforward, and really go above and beyond. Brought my new (to me) Subaru WRX hatchback in after an incident in a parking lot left me with a trashed bumper and damaged liftgate. Needed a new bumper and for them to repair the liftgate. I was concerned because the hatch has some detailed body-lines, and was worried it wouldn't be possible to fix 100%. Cole and the team reassured me I wouldn't even be able to tell once fixed. I did get a few quotes around town, and definitely felt the best going with these guys. Sure enough, the WRX looks better now than it did even before the damage! Paint match was perfect, body lines are perfect, and they even touched up a few spots unrelated to the damage! Northgate Autobody fixed my truck after someone ran into me last summer and this year when the rain came they spent 5 hours checking and redoing the bolts and sealer for the cab on the back. Upon my mom's recommendation ('So good and they're Saint Mary's grads like you!'), I made an appointment to talk with Jeff about how to approach repairing some damage on my bumper. My car had a nasty gouge in the front end. In three days they made it so there was no visible signs of the damage. I think I spent a total of about 15 min. at their location setting up the appointment, dropping off the car and picking it up. They took care of all the paperwork for the rental car and were true to how long it would take to fix it. We were hoping and praying that the car wouldn't be totaled, as she didn't want to have to purchase a new car at her age. My brother referred us to Northgate. The estimate came out to be less than the worth of the car, so insurance agreed to fix it. We were treated so well. They were honest, professional and real. The rental car was there when we dropped off the car for repair (arraigned for by Northgate). The car was fixed and ready prior to the expected time, washed and shining. The repair looks fabulous! They arranged for the rental car to be there the morning of my appointment a few days ago, and when I forgot about said appointment, they called to see if everything was ok.
