I was really impressed with the class; the instructor was really focused on alignment, had moves I hadn't practiced before (and I have been to a LOT of barre classes), and brought a ton of positive energy. The class was full but not over-packed, and it was a great workout with a lot of stretching and relaxation. An extra bonus: we met the owner, Ashley, who is local and has a dance background. Not only does it hold true to the name 'beginner' class (others I tried were false advertising) but the whole class itself was exactly what I wanted, and my body needed.
