oh my gosh i had the best time in wicked chamber today!! I love planning out my halloween costume super in advance, and kat was so slay helping me out through the entire costume selection process giving me recommendations and even personalizing / putting my outfit together. i have her to thank for this beautiful / stunning / perfect cat woman (zoe kravitz inspired fit). the fit was pretty pricy, but worth it i will def be wearing it multiple times. 10/10 thanks girlys.

Depending on what you are shopping for when it comes to one of a kind, super specific special gets you noticed while you're at a large event out at night or even at home with a special partner or friend I bet you they have it here!!! Amazing customer service! All the reps are sweet, informative on the products they offer and a delight to talk to. Every time I come here, the staff makes you feel comfortable and are so fun to talk to. They have a wide selection, but can run out of a certain color you are looking for. They do temperature checks at the door, masks are required for entry and have hand sanitizer at the checkout counter. Came in last minute for a Halloween costume. Line was pretty long outside since Halloween is a few days away and everyone is last minute shopping. They have a huge variety of rave clothes, costumes and accessories. They also have super cool shoes, wigs and corsets. Anything you can possibly need is here. Shelby helped me out with my corset. She made me feel comfortable and really knew what she was doing when it came to sizing and loosening the corset to get it on me. Thank you Shelby!! I for sure wouldn't have been able to get it on without her help. The employees are all super nice and they put a lot of effort in to help you find what you need. Not only did this action make me feel uncomfortable and targeted, but it also left me questioning the trust and respect your store extends to its customers. I understand that store security measures are necessary, but there are alternative methods to ensure safety without infringing upon customers' privacy. Several other reputable retail establishments have implemented various non-intrusive techniques to maintain security, such as surveillance cameras, security personnel, and electronic article surveillance systems. I urge you to reconsider the practice of asking customers to relinquish their personal belongings while shopping in your store. Such a policy not only damages the shopping experience but also reflects negatively on the reputation of your establishment. This boutique is absolutely amazing! They have a large variety of costumes, lingerie and they have some amazing corsets that are very reasonably priced (unless you really think those $25 "corsets" are the real thing). It's by far one of my favorite stores in the Orange County area and I would HIGHLY recommend this boutique to anyone. Their customer service is great; the staff are all very nice, friendly, helpful and encouraging. From what I've seen in the boutique and tried on, I strongly believe that Wicked Chamber wants to supply their clients with the best lingerie, costumes, make-up, etc. that they can get which is honestly one of the best things a store could do for their clients. They value you as a customer and value you as such instead of treating you only as a profit which is a really nice change since not all stores have the same attitudes. I got my first corset cincher at this boutique and everyone was very nice to me and helped me make sure I was getting what I wanted. I was also comforted to know that the corsets they sell can last for YEARS if you treat it right (unlike those $25 corsets) and they're steel-boned. I was also assured that if i "broke" a corset while trying it on, i wouldn't pay for a thing (i was being overly-paranoid about how fragile corsets could be). Again, this is a great boutique and if you're looking for any lingerie or costumes (or just want to visit a boutique like this), it's totally worth the visit and worth every penny. read more

I like how these are all paid or either friend reviews. They bribe people into reviewing with freebies or items. The costumes are practically ones from Leg Avenue, which they sew on extras and sell it for x4 of the normal price (the costs for an average outfit here is $120+). The owner of the store, who isn't really the actual owner - because her mom pays for her store, Bright, is ridiculously rude and arrogant. She wants all the profit and doesn't realize that adding on her own flare does not make the costumes hers. Another thing that's super shady about this store is that all sales are final... including an outfit that you go home finding out is ripped, and you realized you paid $200 for the damn thing to get holes in it - the lighting is low in the store, so you don't really see much until you're out of there. Seriously, avoid this business at all costs. The service is good in the store because all they want to do is sell as much as possible without consequence. Hopefully someone shuts her store down or files a lawsuit. Definitely deserves to be. read more

The owner Bright R. Just commented on my post and I have no way to comment back. I'm not taking it down... This happened. I remember it vividly and I was insulted, hurt and pissed, and I've never been back. Instead of apologizing just in case they were wrong, they just accused me if having the wrong business. The one thing that's odd is that Yelp is saying my post is from a year ago... It's from 6 years ago! So, yes, if you checked the cameras a year ago, you wouldn't see anything. I also don't believe for a second that even a year ago, you checked the cameras and it took you a year to post this? Smells fishy to me. Oh, one more thing... Before this happened, I went there to look for a Halloween costume and there was a blonde woman changing clothes in the store near the window. Went into Wicked Chamber at the last fricken minute to find an outfit for Beyond Wonderland and am so happy I decided to come in! Natalie and Jennifer were SUPER helpful and sweet! They helped me find my entire Cheschire cat outfit including shoes and a backpack. They were not pushy and didnt make me feel like i was obligated to buy anything, they were just there to help and gave me tons of options and recommendations. Honestly wish that I knew about this place sooner! 100% will be going there in the future and for every rave outfit! read more

If you have not been here yet... what are you waiting for??? THEY HAVE EVERYTHING! The selection and quality of the products are amazing. It feels like every week they are bringing in something new I haven't seen before. But not only do they carry great items, but the staff is amazing. They are always so attentive, knowledgable and kind. If they don't have what you want, they are so great about helping get it ordered for you. Absolutely amazing store!! If I could live in here, I would! The employees were so kind and compassionate, you can tell that they all genuinely enjoy helping customers and working at this store. Things were a little pricey, but for what was sold it is well worth it. I'm also really impressed by how they don't mark up their prices that much from the original company prices... for example, many of their Demonia and Pleaser brand shoes were the same price as they were online. 10/10 would come again, and likely will! This isn't your average costume shop!!!! Wicked Chamber has it all, different strokes for different folks. They have everything ranging from Cosplay to Steampunk, Fetish to Anime, Goth to Punk & Apocalyptic to Military. Etc. Not only are there Costumes amazing but there prices are very affordable. The owners and the management are really sweet and very helpful. Me & my friends are usually in the store for hours at a time. If your traveling in the state of California then this should be on your bucket list for things to do. read more
