They referenced an "agreement" that was never provided, couldn't produce it when asked, and then stopped responding entirely and blocked communication. The lights were eventually removed weeks later with no notice. If you're considering this company, be aware: once there's an issue, they stop communicating and switch to pressure tactics instead of service. Would not recommend.
