Doubled the estimate after I dropped it off. Adjusted the time needed and then kept it an additional 2 weeks beyond that. Told me it would be ready. When I showed up to pick it up, it still wasn't ready. Had to wait another week. When it was finally ready, I went to pick it up and noticed that they failed to properly recount the muffler. Have had multiple really great experiences with Carstar! In high school someone hit the side of my car and we took it hit to get it fixed and painted and 6 years later the car still looks great! Then, about a month ago I took in my new car that was sold with a faulty top coat to get it sanded down and repainted. They gave a quick quote and we set up a time to drop off my car. It took a couple weeks, but it was worth it! I wish I had before and after pictures, because it looks like a new car! They were extremely professional throughout the whole process and were great about communicating. Since it was more than $2000 we did have to pay by check, but that was fine. Paint jobs may cost more here, but I trust them to do the job well. read more

I didn't have rental car insurance but CarStar took care of me with their own car. They even wrestled with my insurance company. My vehicle looks as if it was never damaged. Great customer service today. It was just an appointment for an estimate for repairs. The process was explained in detail. I was given a date for repairs to start and told that they could be delayed due to special order parts needing to be ordered for my car since it's an import. I was advised of how the repairs would work, the parts that would be replaced and the rental process. It was very professional. I was initially hesitant about taking my car to CARSTAR, but I talked with a few people I know that have taken their car to this specific location so I'm giving it a go. There was a negative review on here about some hail damage from some other customer that initial kinda made me skittish. However, I think they were just upset with the insurance company process more than CARSTAR. I'll review again once my repairs are completed. read more

Took my truck in for hail damage and they found some other hidden damage caused by poor work done prior to my buying the vehicle. They worked with the insurance company and were able to get it all figured out. They kept me in the loop on timing. Took a bit longer than anticipated but I'd rather have it done right than fast. Came back yesterday looking fantastic - better than when I bought it from the dealer last year. Overall I'm very satisfied and will use again if I need any other work done. read more

We had a truly terrible experience with Wicklund's CarStar. It took 58 days for us to have our hail-damaged minivan repaired. In those 58 days, Wicklund's never initiated any communication with us. We never received any calls about progress, unless we called first. For the first 11 days, the van was not touched (due to a State Farm debacle for which we were compensated by State Farm), and Wicklund's didn't even bother to call us. When we did call them, we were strung along, being told it was nearly done for three weeks straight. Their customer service is really poor, and with all the other options out there, we will never go back to Wicklund's. ***And on top of everything, we are discovering problems. We have seat belts that are no longer properly functioning, air leaks that need to be fixed, and some scratches that were NOT on the van prior to this 58 day appointment. read more

Daryl M. 11/17/2019 I took my truck in to Wicklunds to have some damage repaired that occurred in a parking lot at work. They dealt with my insurance company which took that burden off of me. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the truck looked fantastic in and out.Not only did they do the work needed,but also had the bedliner completely redone as it had been done incorrectly originally.I would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed. read more

1000% Satisfaction!! Everyone is SUPER nice and very polite. I had hit something on the freeway and WIcklund's is the preferred vendor for my insurance company. Went in for the initial process and was in and out in no time with nothing but smiles! I then had to reschedule my repairs due to being ill and all was good....they even thanked me for calling then with a heads up! When I got there first thing in the morning the young man behind the counter (Jeff I believe) was super nice as well. Picked it up and they walked around it with me....and they even cleaned it inside and out which it desperately needed! They also do detailing and from what Jeff was telling me they have won awards for being so good!! Such a pleasant experience working with this shop. From the one-on-one estimate with Jason Wickland, to the day we picked up our good-as-new-vehicle. Jason was so helpful working with the insurance company and Wicklands onsite car rental company. All I had to do was set up an appointment to drop off my vehicle and I was ready to go. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The lady at the rental car desk was so personable and upbeat. The repairs didn't take longer than estimated (3 days) and upon completion they cleaned our vehicle inside and out and you never would have known there was damage to the front end. Jason personally "delivered" our car to us and made sure we were satisfied with our lifetime warranty work!! Are you kidding! More than satisfied and count on us returning in the future! I can not recommend this place of business after the type of service I received and will never return. After discussing my service with people in the community I found many of the same reviews.
