For me, Freedom Cycle gets a five star rating. The first time I used Freedom Cycle, was for the 1994 low rider. I recently took the bike to another shop, thou they did what they said they would do something still wasn't right . So I decided to try Freedom Cycle I,m so glad I did . Frank and Kathy step up to the plate took my bike right in fixed the under line issue ,very fair pricing and great customer service. (Here the thing ), my bike sat for almost two months when I noticed a gas smell in the garage, no visual gas just a strong odder. I called Freedom Cycle , Kathy promptly set up appointment , I brought the bike in and Frank fix the issue for Pennies . "No ONE DOSE THAT" They make sure they go over your bike and it's road worthy. The second time I brought my 2006 Fat Boy , everything on this bike was original, Yes even the battery. Freedom Cycle , was going to put new tires change out my fluids and Yes put a new battery. Funny thing is when I went to start the bike to bring it over the battery was dead wouldn't take a jump, I called Kathy, told her my dilemma she said no problem she had a battery waiting for me. " very fair market price" I'm very pleased with the service. It's nice to know that there are still business out their that are people friendly. " IF YOU OWN A HARLEY AND YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST AND NEVER WORRY ABOUT BEING OVER CHARGED OR BEING SOLD PARTS YOU DON'T NEED, DO LIKE I DID GIVE FREEDOM CYCLE A CALL. I PROMISES YOU WONT REGRET IT". Thanks for all your help Freedom Cycle Joe Durso

These folks are the friendliest, most eager-to-help people around (but not annoyingly so... you won't get the uncomfortable hard sell). They have a decent sized inventory, but if they don't have what you need on hand, they'll order it for you ASAP. They've got a good selection of leathers, helmets, goggles, clothes and also plenty of bike accessories. If you're a bar-brawlin', ride-all-winter, ZZ-Top-bearded biker gang member or a dentist who only rides 20 miles a weekend, you'll be comfy here. They also have a full-service Harley-only garage on site. Honestly, I like this place better than Mike's Famous. Better vibe, infinitely smaller, and it feels good to support the little guy. Give 'em your business, you'll be glad you did.

As a car guy and motor enthusiast, I struck up a conversation with a guy who had a motorcycle taken apart in the garage. It was an old Suzuki, and he said he'd been working hard to get it back on the road. He also mentioned he had experience working on Harleys and told me to bring my bike by. He advised me that other people bring their vehicles to him because other shops mess them up, and he fixes them correctly. Well, I decided to bring my Harley in. It ended up staying there for a whole week. All I initially asked him to do was check out the clutch and fix a short in the front fender light. Unfortunately, this led to more problems. I only ride my Harley about 100 miles a year, if that. When I picked it up, he had fixed the light, but he also advised me that there was a compensator issue and I needed a brand-new one(Which was a lie). While talking to him he told me without telling me that he loosened the bolt and I needed to tighten it. This bike was custom built and never had issues. Personally, I think the biggest scams out there are mechanics, car salesmen, and insurance companies. But it's not all of them! That's just my opinion based on my experiences, and that's the beauty of having freedom of speech in the USA. After picking up my bike, I made it back home, but when I tried to start it up again, it was completely dead. I was devastated. There's nothing better than using a bike ride as therapy through the mountain country roads--just riding, feeling the wind through your hair, and feeling the horsepower right between your legs. It's like freedom or floating on air. I ended up taking my bike over to High Strength V Twin, where I found out that Mike is the new owner. I'm very excited and proud of him for taking over the shop he used to work for; that's an amazing thing. It is clear that Mike and his partner are truly invested in getting their customers' bikes back on the road as soon as possible at an affordable price. I wish them the best, and I know I'll be taking my bike there every single time and referring everyone to them. He took care of my bike in literally one day--the exact same day--which means the world to me. Sometimes I get stressed or deal with PTSD, and like I said, there's nothing better than a Harley-Davidson, a true American bike, for my therapy. I highly recommend this shop, not only because I was in and out so fast, but because Mike helped me unload it from my trailer without me even asking. That shows a lot of character. Not to mention, they also do some paint touch-up work inside, which I am excited to explore in the future. They are very professional and on time. I highly recommend this place, and I hope my review helps you choose where to take your motorcycle! Branden-Lee AKA B L E E

August 21, 2024…read more I just want to mention how much I like dealing with East Coast Cycle Center in Bensalem, Pa. I purchased a new 2023 Can-Am Spyder RT Sea to Sky. It is their top of the line reverse trike. I dealt with Mike ( Sales Manager ) and had a wonderful experience, as usual. I have purchased 6 trikes from them over the years. I keep going back because of the great service and parts department. Anything I need they will have in just a few days if not in stock. I went there today and told them that the shock that holds up the drivers seat doesn't work. It keeps falling down. The service dept said they will order the part and will install it when it comes in a few days from today. That is what I consider good service and great customer relations. When I purchased the trike Mike gave me a free drivers backrest at no charge to close the deal. That's worth $359 plus installation. The backrest arrived 4 days later and they installed it immediately. A couple months later I noticed that the right front black inner fender broke off at the lower joint. They ordered the part and again it arrive a few days later. They initial charge was $277 for the labor. It might have happened as a road hazard where something hit it, but I don't know. Mike spoke to the service department and they didn't charge me anything. I will always buy from them and recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Can-Am Spyder or any other vehicle they sell. Kudos to the owner, sales staff, service department and parts. They are the best. Gordon L. Delanco, NJ.

My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam, etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. Thank you Rob for your extra effort in making my riding safe and comfortable As an extra bonus we managed to get uniquely matching helmets they look great with my red bike Service is definitely the keyword at The Service Pavilion Thank you Sam Beiler.
