I DO NOT LIKE THIS LOCATION AT ALL. I have been here several times and each time it has been something new. 1) Once I went and had some guy bothering me trying to sell me candy at the drive through. I told the staff... they did nothing to stop this guy from selling his candy bars. 2) Another time I went and the credit card machine was broken. Of course they told me none of this until I had waited in the drive thru line for a long time and found out at the window with no cash on hand. Then the guy at the window gave me dirty looks after I told him to cancel the order because I had no cash. 3) Another time, I waited in line for 25 mins (couldn't escape because their were cars behind me). Normally the Yucaipa weinerscnitzel was pretty good up until about two years ago when the whole company was bought out by a hedge fund like outfit. The first thing they did was ridiculously raise the prices. Like stock market owned companies, price gouging is the norm, so up went all the reasonable prices on chili dogs and corn dogs. This was the beginning of the end. The long slide to oblivion had begun. Today we went there and wanted to get the advertised special of 5 chili dogs for $ 8 (used to be 5 for $ 5). Got to the order window and they said " we don't honor that special at this location ". So they don't even honor their own advertising that comes out in the local paper! No wonder no one was in the Drive-Thru line at 1215pm. When people aren't there at lunchtime that tells you all you need to know. They won't last long without customers. Consumer 101. Whether this place is a franchise operation or company store, shame on them. So the question is why should anyone go back? If the prices are overpriced and they refuse to honor the advertised price it would seem they are aiming for commercial failure. Couldn't happen to a more deserving operation. read more

We came upon this restaurant because we were in the area. I've been to other locations but this is the absolute worse that I've ever been to. They are so slow. The cashier tells us to make a line when there is NO LINE and it was NOT busy at all. There was only two other customers in there. They couldn't serve soda because their machine broke. The guy that I ordered from at first was holding my ice cream cone with no gloves after handling the money. Shortly after that he threw that cone away had a new one that was wrapped. This place wasn't busy but they went at a speed slower than a walking turtle. I would NEVER go back to this location again. read more

even though it's been here for several years now on second street market place in Beaumont, Tonight I decided to try their advertised bratwurst. When I got home which is just across the street the bratwurst was completely cold and gray. No grill marks and completely looked like some type of dead large worm. The french fries were just OK but they were hot. I immediately threw the entire bratwurst in the Garbage because I did not want to spend the next several hours throwing up in my bathroom and I am quite certain that whatever I got was inedible. I gave them two stars because the girl was very nice but I would never go there again ever. There was no one ahead of me and I guess I know why now so they were not busy I guess they just didn't feel like cooking my bratwurst. Gray is not a very enticing color for any kind of hotdog including a bratwurst. I can't believe they're advertising this on television and spending a fortune. this is the most horrible looking food I think I've ever seen in my life. I wouldn't bother to go there. I also asked if I could have a corndog and I was told they only had chicken not beef. That was kind of weird because when I was growing up all corn dogs were beef or some type of mystery beef. I had somewhat of a great experience there, 2 girls and a boy in particular made my day they were so sweet and respectful none the less, like they say dont judge someone by the way they look, tattoos usually withhold the kindest or human kind. Anyways there was a manager there they said he was now the main manager now the other had left he was nice I guess but how do you put into words when someone is gross but in a kind way? Multiple occasions I have seen this man act and talk in ways no manager should speak nor act. I will he reaching out to corporate next time. Worst customer service ever!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to the drive thru on 5/25 around 6pm. The young man taking the orders made us wait 5 mins at the speaker before even taking our order. After every item I was asking in a rude manner "anything else." I ordered an orange shake and said i was done only to have to add another item. I apologized and asked to add another shake when we hear him say over the speaker "Oh my Fucking God!" Who says that to a paying customer?! We asked to speak to a manager only to be give the "it wasn't towards you" excuse. I have called corporate and emailed and have gotten no response. My family and I will not be going back. No customer should be cursed at for placing a large order. If you are upset and frustrated don't take it out on the customer. read more

Went for lunch last two days in a row - 1st day had original with chili and cheese and a corn dog with fries and drink - both hot and fresh and fries were good too. My wife had the deluxe and said she enjoyed it. She also had the chili cheese curley fries and said they were good - we both had a dipped cone - I had choc and she had the cake batter dipped cone - both were good. Today I had the all beef chili cheese dog (Cheddar) and regular chili cheese (American) and she had the deluxe dog again we both split a Chili cheese Fries (Regular Fries) - They were better than the curley fries - I liked the original chili cheese dog better than the all beef dog. Last night I showed up at approximately 10:50pm. I was told by a worker, by the name of Jaime, that they were no longer serving anything fried for the rest of he night. This made me so irritated because everything we intended to order was fried. We left the drive thru and I called to speak with a manager. Jaime answered and said they had to clean the fryers before they head home. So instead of serving customers till closing, which states online closes at 1am. Jaime stated they closed at midnight. Either way I do not understand what business turns away money with an hour left till closing. This is so unprofessional and I have had it with this wienerschnitzel. Just went through the drive thru on 2/03. The girl working the drive thru has the WORST customer service. Asked for ketchup and mustard, she claimed there was already ketchup and mustard in the bag with an attitude& shut the window. There wasn't mustard in the bag, so I waited for her to take notice& when she didn't, I had to honk. without uttering a word, she opened the window& gave me mustard. I was about to ask for more napkins, but of course.. She shut the damn window again. I had to honk AGAIN& asked for the napkins. I love the corn dogs. I hate the 5.55 has gone up to 5.95. But what really hurt my feelings was I came inside with my family to have corn dogs and relax. The short story is "I was not impressed." The long story is that we ate here for the first time on 2/22/09 @ 12:46pm (tail end of the lunch hour). Jared was friendly and knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the options on the menu and taking our order correctly. The food came out quickly and it was serving temperature. The all beef hot dogs were overcooked and rubbery. The pretzel buns were microwave warmed and tasteless. The chili and cheese on the dogs were just OK - nothing spectacular. The french fries were pretty good. The fountain soda was what I expected. The dining area needed some attention but the staff were busy putting the food out. The dining area was not spotless but it was not filthy either. It seemed that the restaurant was running short-staffed on the front end - maybe not but that was my impression. I have definitely had better and I am not likely to go back unless I hear that something has changed drastically for the better. This is just my opinion. read more

Went in here Sunday around 6pm. Well a worker was outside in his black Toyota truck I believe it was older white guy looks like he's in his 30's-40's looked like he was on drugs as well. I only noticed him because he walked infront of my car while pulling in and his body movement he couldn't sit still kept playing with his mouth. Anyways we get inside he comes in prob 1 minute behind us and walks straight back into the kitchen part and starts prepping the drive thru order!!! Gross! No hand wash or gloves!!! We watched him! So I said out loud to my husband and kids lets go he didn't even wash his hands. We went to fire house subs instead. F that! They need to in force their washing hand policy people could get super sick from that! AND they need to drug test their employees! This dude was clearly on something. Decided to stop by on my way to work, it was 1130am on daily deal Wednesday for their $1.99 shake. I asked for a chocolate shake and as I got to the window, I can see them pouring the shake in the cup, thinking "that's not mine, right? It's coming out white" Turns out, it was mine and the lady at the window was telling someone else to put more chocolate syrup in the mix. But yet, I was still served it. No time to make a fuss, I had to get to work. I took it and went, tasted more like vanilla than chocolate, if I wanted that, I would've ordered it.
