I am completely disgusted especially when I think about the first one I just ate. I know things happen and you can't control everything, but when I called the restaurant to notify them so they can be aware and check their kitchen I basically got talked to by the manager like I was a liar. She offered no apology or offered to make the situation better. I've been through the drive thru a couple times and I always order a small regular fries for my 5 year old. Fries were always fried perfectly and taste kinda like McDonalds fries. However, today I don't know who made the fries but it was soooo soggy and undercooked. I worked at this location almost 7 years. The owner Odette never had the fridges operate properly. 90% of the time, the walking fridge will break down and the meat will stayed overnight storage. By the next day, the hamburger meat would be greenish and the owner will make us cook it and added to the chili cheese sauce. This problem would happen very often and I'm sure it's still happening till this day. Been going here regularly for a handful of years and I see the complaints from older reviews and wanted to chime in and say i can't say i've ever had any similar problems. The girls working nights have always been friendly, the gentleman that i think is the manager has always been really nice! The food has always been consistent, the fries hot when i get them. Even have been told that they were hot and fresh when the bag was handed to me possibly because i used to ask if they were fresh during my earlier visits and they remembered me asking. I've been going to this location for over 10 years. The recently have a new cook that is horrible. I was served chili cheese fries in which the fries were cold. After informing the cashier she handed them to the chef and he put the container in the microwave. I was so dissatisfied and requested my money back. When I asked why would they microwave it instead of making new fries, they said "we are sorry for the misunderstanding and our manager will contact you Monday when she returns from vacation." Decided to get lunch here today and will never go back. My coworker noticed that one of the ladies working in the back did not have her hair put up into a ponytail and was hanging in front of her which any loose piece of hair could have contaminated the food if it had fallen or she leaned over the food. After this was brought to my attention I started to watch her a little more closely. Several things I noticed after that have forced me to never eat there again. She picked up the food with her bare hands and placed it into the proper packaging with no gloves or any utensil to help with this process. The worst part is when she walked around the corner and grabbed a napkin from the dispenser behind the counter and proceeded to wipe her nose with it. She kept wiping her nose once she went behind the wall ( there is a small window that you can see into the back) this is how I could see her also picking up the food with her bare hands. She didn't even wash her hands after that!!! Right after that picks up a leftover french fry, puts it in her mouth and walks out into the dining area to pick up the dirty trays. I am absolutely disgusted by now and had to bring it to the attention of her and the other people working at this location. The best part about it is the look on her face was of confusion like she didn't know that she had done something wrong. Then proceeded to tell me that her hands were sanitary. Haha I just watched her wipe her nose without washing her hands!!! I will never EVER go back here to eat ever again. Consumer beware when you eat here. The food is expensive, but not up to par with the price. Customer service could be better, friendlier. In fact, they are kinda rude...they are foreigners, which surprised me, because foreign workers are among the nicest people in the U.S. right now, but not these people. Ok der wiener, always hot inside, the air conditioning is never on, even on 95 degree days. Parking is terrible there so I usually just leave. I went there yesterday (April 4th 2015) and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and NOBODY came to take my order. There were no other customers in the store except for two other girls who had already gotten their food and there was no one in the drive thru, so I'm not exactly sure what the issue was. There is this window where you can see into the back and I actually saw one woman cleaning something and she made eye contact with me several times but never went to take my order, and never notified any of the other workers that there was a customer at the register. I ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. I've been here on a few other occasions and noticed that the service is really bad here so I will not be going to this location again.
