There's also staff shout outs on the wall too. I know this is sort of in the middle of nowhere, so the fact that the staff pulled this off altogether is noteworthy of praise for sure. I had her put together a Baja Burrito (chicken, rice, cheese, guac, hold the pico). Surprisingly, it actually tasted almost as good as a regular Baja Fresh burrito! They did not have my prized mango salsa, but improvised with their green salsa and a couple of Panda Express sweet and sour packets we picked up earlier in the trip (McDonald's sweet and sour should work just as well). One more note, I came in just before closing so the lady behind the counter was DONE. She did her duty but forgot some of the extra sides I ordered like salsa and Pronto Guacamole. The parking lot is large. I usually use the drive thru versus dining in. They keep the lot and interior pretty clean considering the massive number of travelers pass through. The staff here have been great even when handling disgruntled customers that need a nap. The food and pricing is typical In N Out. Food is hot and nicely packaged. The burger patties are seasoned, having a good flavor. Grilled onions on point. Fresh fixings. Yum. FYI- Tesla and Rivian Network electric chargers are located across the street in the hotel parking lot facing Henry Miller Road.
