Tastee Freeze ice cream!!! Just like in my youth, love it but it's the only thing I eat there.

This was my first time visiting a Wienerschnitzel, and it was a complete failure of basic brand standards. I ordered a Chili Cheese Dog Combo. The store was nearly empty with no rush taking place, making the severe quality and service failures even more inexcusable. Upon opening the main item, the core ingredient, the American cheese slice; was entirely missing. Having spent 15 years working in the restaurant industry myself, I understand that errors can happen, but in a dead-quiet dining room, this was sheer carelessness. I politely brought the missing item to the attention of the staff, expecting a simple line correction. Instead, the staff immediately argued with me. Worse, the store manager came over to my table and handled the situation with zero hospitality or basic food safety. The manager aggressively gaslit me, claiming the cheese was simply "melted," and nearly stuck her bare finger inches away from my food to point at a non-existent ingredient. As a restaurant professional, I know what melted cheese looks like. It alters the chili's color, changes its texture, and pools along the bottom of the bun. The item served to me had little to no cheese whatsoever and inconsistant with the advertised product I paid for. The chili sauce was completely thin, dark, and translucent. Furthermore, the wrapper clearly reads "CHEESE," proving I paid for the upgraded item and combo, but the kitchen failed to build it correctly. Normally, I would just let it go and not come back, but to be argued with, gaslit, and subjected to a manager placing their hands over my food over a simple line mistake especially when the team wasn't even busy is disgraceful. I chose to eat what I could and leave rather than escalate a confrontation with hostile staff, but this location requires an immediate operational and hygiene audit by district leadership. read more

Nothing wrong here, though I've only been through their drive-thru. Food came quickly, tasted good, they gave napkins without asking. Only had to ask for fry salt (just in case!). No mistakes on any of my orders. read more

We got a wild kick to go have chilli dogs at Wienerschnitzel...probably been 20 years since I've gone but I used to love their chilli dogs and corn dogs. The food was actually pretty good for what I expected but the horrible service...drive thru now has an automated AI person taking your order and mistakes my corn dog for a strawberry lemonade. I couldn't figure out how to correct so I asked to speak to a live person. Was able to order properly and got our meal. No mustard in the bag of food...wth? The picture on the menu has mustard on the corn dogs...I guess my fault for not asking. Anyways, I drove around and then parked to go get some mustard....took them a minute just address I was there and then just gave me the dirtiest look from the two people there when I asked for mustard...maybe it was that time of the month for the entire crew. Just came here with my daughter for a sweet summer treat. She ordered the Oreo shake and I ordered the chocolate sundae. Hers was big and enjoyable, mine was a huge disappointment. They were both similar in price but the sundae was significantly less. It was laughable how much less was given even compared to the photo on the menu. My sons 12th birthday was up the road the local jumping place and boy did Israel and the Der team come through!! We spent around $65 bucks for the entire party and they made us feel so important. We had a specific list and not only did he go over it line for line he found ways to apply the local discounts that were available to ensure I got the best value. I wanted to make sure the food was hot and he made sure to start out right on time. I relaxed and enjoyed the clean restaurant while waiting for the treat to come through. I love this place. Very clean, plenty of parking. Fast and accurate service. Employees are happy, polite and patient. I could eat the chili french fry burritos every day. They are that good. Tried the cut-up brat and it was cooked to perfection and cut into small pieces for dipping. Tastee freeze is a plus. lol, I should've read the reviews before going. First time ever at a Wienerschnitzel! Which when I walked in I let the cashier know this. She might be the lady everyone talks about in these reviews. She seemed annoyed at that fact and walked away. Me and my brother took a look at the menu and were figuring it out. The saddest part here is we were so happy and excited to try out a new place, all this was taken down. The cashier asked us if we were ready to where I responded yes. I start ordering and she starts asking these questions about how I wanted the hot dog and when I asked if I could make it a combo and if so what comes in it, she just seemed so annoyed to answer it for me. Like girl, it's my first time, I DONT KNOW HOW TO ORDER HERE. Then when it was my brothers time to order he said I'll get the chili cheese combo, she proceeds to raise her voice bit more and ask which one he wants and starts to point them all out. Now this sounds nice because she was explaining, but just the way she would explain it with her tone like she was super annoyed with us. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. She needs some patience. I understand a lot of people don't have patience, but if you're going to work in the service industry you just have to! It's really so sad to go out and have to deal with someone like this. The ambiance I'm here was also really just gloomy. Ceiling was leaking. The food was pretty decent, nothing outta this world. We stopped by here on our way to San Diego. Went thru the drive thru order the $10 special and added the soda for $1. It's a great value! My one complain is the drive thru person taking our order was rushing us. Kept asking "Anything else!"....I told him hold on as we were think of what to order....2 seconds go by...."anything else" I get it you have a line but I'm not going to rush and order if I'm not ready. Also when we got our food and drink I thought the soda was a bit too small. The sign said a 20oz soda, to me and my wife it looked like a 12oz. When I asked the guy he was extremely rude and annoyed..."no that's a 20oz drink...we are done...good bye!" As in go F@*% your self. My tip for them, don't rush people and don't demeanor them. I love the food here. The only reason I gave this place a one star is the service. Mainly, the white woman who works the drive-tru at night. She's very unfriendly. When you ask her to repeat an order she will raise her voice and when you drive up to get your food, you can see she's really pissed at you. She never greets you and act like she hates her job. Everytime I go through that drive thru at night, I dread that she works that shift. The only reason I'm a regular there is the food and my daughter loves their hot dog and fries but I just hate going through that drive thru. I came through the drive thru to pick up some lunch for my, my Mom and my little cousins. The drive thru line wasn't too long here, even around noon. I just got two plain hot dogs with two medium fries, two chili cheese dogs with onions, chili cheese fries and a Dr Pepper. I waited by the window for a bit for them to load up my bag full of food. I had to put it in the back of the car because I didn't want it to fall over. I kinda wish they had given me two bags instead of one over stuffed one because the bag ended up falling on my way over to my cousin's house and I lost some fries. They got every single part of my order right which is always nice. I feel like drive thrus are where most orders go wrong, but not here. I love their chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries. I came here for food and had to unfortunately speak with an extremely rude woman named Shaun in the drive thru this woman obviously hates her job and is extremely miserable like I've never seen before in an employee on the job. Unbelievable that Manangment allows her to treat people like this and get away with it look at all the customers complaints below about Shaun and obviously Management or Corporate have done Nothing shame on them bad business. If you have had or have a bad experience please let Management and Corporate know maybe someone will listen and actually do something about her as she needs to be fired. My husband and I remember when ordering a chili cheese dog with onions melted in our mouths years ago. Today we decided to go and order the same. However we were so disappointed The onions weren't real just synethic and the hot dog with bun was not good at all it was bigger (they tasted that they were thawed previously frozen and hard) but not better. If you're passing by on a hot day, I highly recommend you stop and pick up a Reeses' shake. It was SO good! Sometimes things are too sweet to the point they're not even good. This was not the case-- it was the perfect amount of sweet. With that said, the regular size can still be a lot of sugary goodness for one person. The ice cream was perfectly fine. This rating is mostly for the service. We went through the drive through and the lady was rude. We were saying our order and she would respond rudely like we were wasting her time. Okay maybe she's having a bad day. We pull up to the window and she said absolutely nothing. Resting B face. Didn't even give us our receipt. We asked the other worker if there was something we did and she responds that was how the other lady was. We were not asking for a perky Disney princess to greet and serve us our food, but to be so cold and rude like that made my fiancé and I feel uncomfortable.
