I mentioned it, and Steven actually recommended that I stick with the Tom Turkey combo because it would be a better deal since the cucumbers and provolone would be added at no charge. I trusted that advice, placed my order, and paid. When I got home, I discovered the sandwich didn't even have the provolone cheese on i! To make matters worse, my receipt showed I had been charged an additional $1.50 for the cucumbers and cheese that I was told would be free!! It's not about the $1.50--it's about being told one thing, charged another, and then not even receiving everything I paid for. Jimmy John's, you may not care about losing one customer, but you've lost this one. I'll take the hit and spend my money elsewhere. I also noticed the store had a "B" health rating, which didn't exactly inspire confidence after this experience.
