While they do have many sandwiches to choose from on such a vast menu, and everything is customizable (just with additional charges), it does feel like they'd do better if they nail down some of the details like making sure their cooked ingredients are actually cooked. All that said, the store is kept clean, there's some dine in tables as well as outdoor seating. The music indoors is kept loud, and the decor is very colorful and bold. Service feels like what you'd expect from employing recent high school or college students at their first jobs, but it's always been polite. Both of us enjoyed our sandwiches, she got the toasted #10 and i got the classic #1 the pepe. The bread was soft and fresh and all the ingredients were delicious!
