I can't stay mad at you. The most recent times I've gone I get the coldest, stalest food ever and I'm basically crying when I see the mess they give me. Only problem is... I keep going back for more. They've given me some sexy ass food in the past and my mouth is basically the god damn Niagara Falls at this shit. i've learned from experience, if you want your order correct, don't go to the drive-through go inside. after ordering inside the restaurant, I didn't think to double check my order. My mistake for expecting the clerk to do their job. When I got home I got about half of what I ordered. Since I live on the other side of town, and was off the next day, I went into the restaurant with my receipt, and offered to pay for what they gave me, but would like the rest of my order , that I paid for. After speaking to the manager, he explained that since I didn't call that night and reported. There was nothing he could do for me. And then went on to impugn my reputation, saying that I was lying. Is this customer service? I offered to pay the difference. And was told that I would have to come back the next day and speak to a district supervisor. I don't think so. This is the best wienerschnitzel in salinas. If you want some good quality food and amazing customer service this is the place to go. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Favorite location! Staff is very nice, food is tasty. By far my favorite chili dogs! Not sure why people are complaining about the prices. Most if not all fast food restaurants have increased their prices. If you don't want to pay more than a dollar for a corn dog, burger, or hot dog. I would recommend to make it at home. read more

If I go to Salinas it is usually to go to Weinerschnitzels. Now I may only go a few times a year but everytime I go it puts a smile on my face. I've gone twice this year and both times I had to run errands in Salinas and they are open when I'm whizzing through at 10am and they are happy to serve me some sausage. Chili Dog (don't need the cheese although tasty) and a Mustard Dog (that I ask them to add Ketchup, lots of catsup...). If I had more time or if it was anytime near my lunch hour (which is around 3 or 4pm) I would have perhaps gotten some chili cheese fries, a deluxe burger and corn dog. Sic... I know... but I'm fond of all kinds of food. I've tried Kaiseki-cuisine in Kyoto and had food where Geishas used to work (most Japanese people don't even get to try this stuff) but I appreciate taco/hamburger carts in Tijuana, whole in the wall Chinese restaurants in the city with the Peking Duck (or so you think) is hanging on the walls.
