Everything I read and saw in the advertising featured halibut in the box so I expected to see at least 2 halibut servings in with the other lower cost fish portions. In my box there was ZERO and they claim it is out of season yet I can buy halibut any day in the local store. Very disappointed in the "bait and switch". I was attracted to try the service because of the included halibut. The salmon was dry but good. Less fatty than farmed. I terminated my membership and asked to return what they sent for a refund but they refused which is understandable. They could have done something to try and keep me as a customer but didn't even try. I am debating whether to dispute the charge on my credit card. Fish is good but there is no real value to purchase this way when the box is heavily weighted towards the lower cost fish wo they can be more profitable. My recommendation is to buy the fish you want in a store rather than receive a mystery assortment they choose to ship to you. read more

I had high hopes for this salmon but unfortunately cancelled my subscription after two deliveries. Both deliveries contained salmon fillets that did not at all maintain the air tight seal and very very quickly were freezer burnt. Both batches I ended up having to throw away multiple fillets. I even tried to still cook the fillets that were not air tight sealed where lots of ice crystals had formed and they tasted terrible. 0 flavor and looked very sketchy.
