This review pertains to the Midtown location. The food is delicious and fresh! There are so many options! The ambiance is cute and seems to be clean. The service, however, is lacking. There's a lady there who is not friendly and acts as if she's doing the customers a favor. Owner, please choose someone who appreciates customers. Wild Beet Salad Co. - Cordova is definitely more of a grab & go location. As pictured, the eat-in area is quite small and more of a wait area, but my friend & I still dined in. Our salad was good! They chopped it well & tossed it with the selected dressing, per our request. Our wait was little to none. They offer a variety of paninis & salads as well as the "create your own" option. I will definitely try a panini next time because the options looked great and the restaurant smelled delectable. The "We Be Salmon" was recommended from a Wild Beets Salad & Co loyal customer. Upon arrival you choose from the menu items & an option to create your own salad or wrap with a hefty, homemade dressing selection. By filling out an order sheet, the line is curated for customers to see their salad(s) or wrap(s) customized. My first experience of "We Be Salmon" was a trail run. My second experience I became a pro by adding my own personal twist. Here's my order: substitute cotija cheese for pepper jack, or no cheese for any dairy allergies, no tomato, extra craisins & walnuts for a sweet & savory taste, keep the most important proteins (spinach & salmon) with a mixture of two dressings (maple dijon & honey peanut butter vinaigrette). I absolutely love this place! I go out of my way to go here once a week. It's not very close to where I work, but I bully my coworkers into ordering it with me because it's so good. Mix the lime cilantro jalapeño dressing with the chipotle ranch. Saving half for later because the salad is so big? Not happening. I'm not saving anything because I'm eating it all to the point my stomach hurts. They did forget my co workers chicken in her chicken quesadilla once, but they refunded me and surprisingly it was still really good even without the chicken. Ima a sucker for a good salad. My go-to order at Wild Beet is the Cobb salad add salmon and of course you can't go wrong with Miss Vicks smoked house bbq chips. I enjoy making my own salad on the slip of paper/menu and just handing it to the waiter after I made my selections. It makes everything go smoothly when ordering plus the wide glass covering is hard to talk over. The service is really fast I mean you are in and out in less than 10 minutes. They wasn't busy when I arrived and I was able to jot down the type of salad I wanted plus watch it get made. The salad I created was pretty basic but it was pricey. I would not recommend WBSC. Go to Cheffie's if you want a damn good salad. I had a salad custom made with spinach, steak, corn, fried onion, blue cheese crumbles, and blue cheese dressing. It was all spinach and sprinkles of the other things I paid for. The steak was T O U G H. And there was maybe like 5 small pieces of it?? There was not even a spoonful of fried onions or corn. It had some blue cheese. The blue cheese dressing was so thin, I thought they gave me the wrong one. It barely tasted like blue cheese because it was so watered down. I felt like it was a waste of $13. I can get much bigger, more flavorful, actual toppings on my salad from Cheffie's for the same price. I will start by saying the salads here are very good - fresh ingredients, with generous portions. I'm not a huge fan of their pricing system though. If you choose a BYO option it can get a little steep so be mindful of that. My biggest gripe though is their addiction to single use plastics!! Plastic bowls for every order, plastic utensils, plastic cups, regardless of dine-in or carry out. This is obviously horrible for the environment, but when I pay $15-20 for a salad and choose to dine in, it'd be nice to not have to eat it out of a plastic container and also have a metal fork. There's a similar concept with locations in High Point and Collierville that manages this (with slightly lower prices) so there's really no excuse here. read more

The Southwestern Salad - There was not a lot of greenery; it is made with Romaine lettuce. It was not very tasty to me. I also want to give a shoutout to the staff! Quisha is amazing! She is very helpful and friendly. I once needed mustard, and she went and found me some from somewhere since it's not a condiment that is offered. She also printed a receipt for me when I thought I didn't have one and needed it to submit for my job. Another gentleman, Jesus (I believe) really tried to help me get the receipt too, but we were unsuccessful. I'm still thankful for his help. All in all, my pros are a delightful staff and a tasty menu. My cons are to have typical sandwich condiments (mayo + mustard) available for guests. Really good salad shop! I went for the first time today and got a veggie salad for myself and a thai salad for my niece, which is her favorite one there. The veggie salad had broccoli, avocado, pita chips, etc. I also did half of the lime, cilantro, jalapeño dressing and half of the chipotle ranch. Very delicious!! I enjoyed the veggie salad and was very full. I like how they not only mix up the ingredients with the dressing in advance but they also chop the salad up for you on the spot to make it easier to consume. Everything tasted fresh and healthy. I just don't get it at this point. Wild Beet can NEVER get my simple order correct. I've been getting my usual (Southwestern, no fried onions - add CAJUN CHICKEN) for years. I've spent a lot of money at this establishment because I love how fresh their ingredients are (why I keep coming back). Anyways, I ordered my usual online and picked it up. Upon opening my salad when I arrived home, there was not a single piece of chicken included in my salad. I tried calling them, but that was useless because they didn't bother answering, and they weren't even closed yet. I also reached out on their Instagram and got no response, either. I paid $2.79 extra for the chicken...$2.79 for extra protein! Some may think, "it's just $3, get over it..."; my salad was close to $13....so, you'd be pissed, too. I also ordered the Number Juan and it honestly was just cheese and lettuce. There was barely any chicken and no flavor. Some parts were even burnt. All together I paid $22.85 for a lousy meal - a meal that I was craving for the longest! (UPDATE - I was refunded for the whole salad a couple of days later). To the owner: PLEASE hire folks that actually pay attention to specific orders. We are paying a lot of money at your establishment, so we should expect our food to be EXACTLY what we asked for. Also, hire a friendlier staff while you're at it. I can't say how many times I had to put your employees in check. They can be so rude! read more

I typically will go to Wildbeet for lunch in between classes, it is quick, easy, and the staff and very welcoming to regulars and newcomers! You are able to order a salad off of the menu or create your own salad, quesadilla, or wrap! My fav go to dressing is the chipotle ranch, i also see customers order the balsamic frequently too ! chipotle ranch is perfect if you like a little kick! They serve a couple pieces of a pita tortilla type side with every salad too... I like to make a little salad wrap out of it! I have also used wildbeet to serve the bridesmaids for a wedding party that occurred at my house! everybody loved it and it was packaged perfectly to allow individuals to create their own personal salads!
