I almost bought a bird for my granddaughter, but my daughter would not have been happy to have another pet at home. Now he's in a cone, with meds, and 5 staples in his leg and still needs a haircut. To their credit I wasn't charged anything for the grooming (or lack thereof), or the vet bill. I understand mistakes happen, but this was handled poorly. I will obviously never be back, and recommend no one else take their beloved pets to be groomed there either.
