There are cute couches and lounge chairs, but also tables for groups and tables to work solo, there's even a a few areas with high tables if you wanna stand and work. (That sounds a little weird as I write it, but imagine to sit stand where people are standing at their desks) They offer all manner of pastries, ginger shots, smoothies, and shakes as well as yummy eats. It's clean, the Wi-Fi works great, the drinks are fantastic and the pricing is spot on. My two favorite parts would be the fact that they have a little kids area with a play kitchen, toys, books, things to keep your little one entertained while you have a cup. My four-year-old would love it. Their bathrooms are clean and have changing tables. Because it is so close to Longmont high school, I do worry a little bit that during the school year, it might be a little busy. But at the time that I'm writing this, school has recently gotten out, so there was ample places to sit. I do highly recommend this place and I will go back.

The drinks are fantastic, the pastries are great, and the staff is consistently kind and talented. But I'm still baffled by the lack of ceramic "for here" mugs. They clearly have the infrastructure to support them. There's a bussing station ready and waiting, and they make the pastries and cheesy bits in house. You can't tell me they don't have a place to wash a few mugs! Choosing not to offer reusable mugs is costing more than just extra paper cups; it's costing loyal customers like me. I've found myself going elsewhere lately, not because I don't love MeCo, but because even when I remember to bring my own cup, my friends usually don't. It feels wasteful to sit down and try to enjoy coffee in a disposable to-go cup. This feels like a small, one-time investment with a big environmental and customer loyalty return. I truly hope MeCo reconsiders.

The coffee and seasonal flavors blended beautifully, creating a perfectly balanced taste. Though not pictured, I also had the berry cream cheese scone--and I honestly don't even have the words to describe it. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. The second you walk in, it feels warm, cozy, and inviting. It's become my go-to spot to read, work, meet friends, or just exist with a really good London Fog. At this point, it's less of a coffee shop and more of a sanctuary. Even my service animal, Mr. Boo, gets excited when we pull up. The drinks are consistently amazing, and the staff somehow manages to make everyone feel like a regular. Now let's talk about the chocolate muffin. I'm not a muffin person. Never have been. Yet somehow this muffin has me questioning my entire identity. How do they make the top perfectly crunchy while the inside stays so fluffy? I don't know. I don't need answers. I just need another muffin. And the cinnamon rolls? They're the size of a small planet and every bit as life-changing. If loving them is wrong, I don't want to be right.
