Wild Egg is a friendly brunch place. I had the California Bennie, while my husband had the steak and eggs. The hollandaise was perfect. Our food was prompt but not hurried, which we appreciated for our leisurely meet up with a friend (she had an omelet). Wild Eggs is a great local spot for a quick breakfast or brunch. Getting a table is quick on a weekday & a little trickier on the weekend. If you go on a weekend, go before you're super hungry :) This past time I went, my husband and I split a Farmers Market skillet and a cinnamon bun. The farmers market skillet was amazing -- great vegetable variety & love the egg on top! This was one of a few vegetarian options which I was happy to see! As for the cinnamon roll, we won't get that again. On top was more of a cream cheese frosting, which usually we love, but with the thickness of the cinnamon roll paired with the thickness of the frosting, it was too much. A thin icing or glaze would've paired better. However, if you do get it, you can see by my photo that it's about as big as the skillet, so feel free to split it! Great food and great service, priced decent. Had large group 12 ppl and they got us seated fairly quickly considering after church crowd. We all enjoyed our food except note the gravy is different. The bacon gravy is better than their sausage in my daughter's opinion. Large group packed house so it's expected a little to have error, French toast was burnt on one side and gravy was cold (not warm really cold) sent it back and wasn't charged brought out hot gravy didn't charge it. I had only been to Wild Eggs one other time (downtown location), but a friend and I decided to give this location a try this past Sunday as we were celebrating her birthday and wanted to do brunch at a small breakfast/brunch venue. I called a couple a days ahead to confirm seating capacity along with confirming whether or not they took reservations. The lady that answered phone was very pleasant despite the fact I could tell it was busy in the background. She answered all my questions. I made reservations online which was super easy. Upon arrival I checked in and only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The one thing appreciated most is that when my friend arrived the waiter gave us ample time to just talk and catch up without rushing to get our orders. Considering that many places are trying to turn tables quickly, we didn't feel rushed at all. We eventually ordered, I got the Wild Quesadilla which you have the option of meat, either sausage (which)I chose, or bacon or chorizo, I also got a side of bacon....because....let's be honest....EVERYTHING is BETTER with bacon. I also got a side of mixed fruit. My friend got a pancake stack and the pancakes were ENORMOUS, but in a good way, she also got eggs and turkey sausage. We both got mimosas (regular and pomegranate). Overall the breakfast was GREAT...!!!! The atmosphere was inviting, the decor is very light in color which provided for the feeling comfort on a day that was kind of rainy. They do have out door seating, due to the current capacity guidelines, only three of the five tables were available for seating. I literally laughed on the inside the entire time I was there as many of the wait staff wear these t-shirts that say "Kale Yeah", cute play on words, so of course when our server asked "was the food good?" I sooooo wanted to say KALE YEAH....!!! I kept my composure though. Just a side note: The restaurant is located in a strip mall area with a Jimmy Johns and a couple of workout places and it sits on the end far back from the street, so if you aren't looking for it, you'll miss it. Don't be fooled by the outside there is PLENTY of room on the inside. I would've given 5 stars, but my fruit was a tad bit on the warm side. Definitely not a deal breaker. I could have said something but wasn't worth making a fuss. I was bummed as I didn't get to visually capture all the goodness as I was soooo hungry, as I intentionally didn't eat in order to save my appetite. Man I wanted to give this place a 4 or 5 star review, but sadly I had to settle on 3 stars. The menu was great. Amazing selections, very hard to choose. We ordered the cinnamon roll. The shaved beef sandwich and an omelette. The cinnamon roll was to die for! Excellent skillet roll with a perfect crispy yet melt in your mouth texture. Amazing The steak omelet was a hit! And the shaved beef sandwich was actually really good too but except...one of my pet peeves with this type of lunch entre is when the cooks leave 1/3 of the sandwich absent of meat. See photo. 1/3 of the sandwich was slathered excessively with spicy Mayo and nothing else. A huge disappointment and a bit gross. Now with that said, the sourdough bread was amazing. Soft, lightly toasted, a bit of chew, excellent flavor. The shaved meat that did make it into the rest of the sandwich was excellent. I ordered the hash brown casserole for a side and it was pretty dry and unexciting. The service was good, they were kind, but too busy to remember simple requests like "hot sauce". We asked for the cinnamon roll as an appetizer, we did not want to be rushed and we'll that didn't happen. It all came at once. Another annoyance. Maybe on slower days this would have been a better experience. They were quite busy. We frequent the Fishers location including everyone's Birthday Breakfast. They're beyond hospitable at all three locations. They cut my daughter's food for us so we could start eating our meal while it was hot!!! That's huge for a mom with kids! Everything I've tried on the menu is amazing but I especially love their Stuffed French Toast (they have a pumpkin version with salted caramel and pecans during fall), Mr. Potato Head Casserole, Cinnamon Roll and MUST-GET fresh squeezed OJ. Their OJ is made with real oranges that you can watch them make! They serve $2.99 mimosas Fri-Sunday with that OJ and it's heaven. Super kid friendly. Wild Eggs has quickly become a fave spot for brunch in Fishers. Though usually a very busy place during standard breakfast and brunch times, the wait for a table is usually less than 15 minutes and service is pretty fast. I'd highly recommend the House-Made Cinnamon Roll, Mr. Potato Head Casserole, Kalamity Katie's Border Benedict, and the Grits of the Day (depending on whether you like what's in it that day). Any of the sides I've had - bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, skillet potatoes - have been excellent as well. This place has a lot of options, whether you want to make your own meal from their a la carte options, or choose one of their signature dishes. They also have a lunch menu of sandwiches, salads, and soups, though I haven't gotten around to try any of those yet. The servers are very friendly and are always ready with recommendations if you're having trouble deciding what to try. read more

Went to Wild Eggs and was not wild about it. The place appeared to be a space within and business strip that someone said let's do a restaurant here. There is no atmosphere and aside from a entry partition of encased pastel eggs, there was nothing that said this is an eatery. Small square tables that sat 4 and not enough space to accommodate the same. We ordered and when it came, we didn't have some of the essentials a waitress would provide w/o asking like straws for your beverages. My toast was just shy of being burnt and not hot. The soft butter did not melt on it and it took forever to get jelly for the toast once asked for. The food was bland and undesirable. My sister ordered pancakes with fresh strawberries and when that came, the berries were frozen and the cakes sat in a pool of red cloudy soup. It looked gross and was sent back. Obviously these berries weren't the 'fresh' berries the waitress touted when ordered. I will say the home fries were okay. Overall I was disappointed in the Wild Eggs, the service and the food. It was a busy Sunday morning so to wait a few minutes for a table was expected. Wild Eggs is very bright an cheery. There are lots of tables, a bar and an outdoor patio. The menus is HUGE and it took some time to select our food. I tried the Surfer Girl which is an omelette w pico, onions. I had a side of skillet potatoes and a blueberry muffin. The omelette was light and fluffy. The potatoes were just your regular skillet potatoes and the muffin was very good. My husband has the Me. Potato Head Casserole and it was so packed with flavor! It was $61.00 When the food came out everything was right other than the birthday girls French toast it was indeed the regular French toast. Come to find out it was the waitresses fault because she has a language barrier and didn't get it right. The food was corrected and all was well. If you're seated by the kitchen doors you might be lucky as I was and get to watch the line cooks stuff their face while cooking your food. Oh and by the way if you've ever been to a restaurant and your order got messed up. Usually a manager with a fake smile and good attitude will apologize for inconvenience and make sure you're happy with the outcome. Not at wild eggs, no manager came up. In fact I don't even know if one was working. So after being here two other times and deciding this place has inconsistency issues with their food I forgot about them. But my girlfriend's birthday was today and she decided that's where we should go for breakfast. I'm not going back. This was a huge let down. The place can have 10/10 food but the vibe being bad ruined everything. Why would you charge me for the food that was messed up? My favorite breakfast option is the Farmers Skillet. Definitely order it with the "everything muffin." They have a great coffee bar for cappuccino, espresso, and the like. Nice breakfast spot serving a variety of interesting dishes. Gets very crowded on weekends - we managed to beat the rush on a recent Saturday morning. Coffee is served in a carafe at your table - great idea so caffeine fiends like me can get our fix. "Fresh squeezed" orange juice tasted like Tropicana and didn't have the residual pulp I'm used to seeing in fresh squeezed juice. I had a wild Bennie with buffalo chicken grits. Rick enjoyed the Farmer's Market Skillet. Lots of interesting choices - you can't go wrong. This is one of my favorite weekend breakfast spots! It got even better when we arrived and found out mimosas were $2. Yeah! I had my usual wild mushroom & roasted garlic scramble sprinkled with fresh goat cheese & truffle oil.......yummy! I always try to write my reviews right away but this one slipped past me. Unfortunately, I don't remember our server's name but I do remember he's a college student and works there part time. Very nice young man! Anyways, it was our 1st time eating at this restaurant as we don't live in the area. I would just like to say that this restaurant was great! The service was even better! For starters, they have coffees they make. I believe they are coffee of the day or coffee of the week. Either way, I've attached a picture. Look at this creation of loveliness! This was more delicious than Starbucks. Me being the booze connoisseur that I am, I had to order a mimosa also since it was suggested by our server. (I think he took 1 look at me & just knew I was a booze expert) Can I just say this mimosa knocked every other mimosa out of the park. Why? Because it was made with FRESH squeezed orange juice! That fresh squeezed orange juice was a game changer! I ordered the Farmers Market Skillet and I asked them to add a chicken breast on top. They did not disappoint! I don't remember what my husband ordered but unfortunately his order was a little too seasoned so he asked them to send it back. He ended up just ordering what I had and we were both so happy with how crisp the veggies were and how fresh everything tasted. The manager ended up coming to our table and even though we told her we were not worried about the mistake with my husband's dish and to not worry about it, she still comped his meal.
