Super bummed I wasn't able to try this coffee. Hours state 9am and it is 9:10 and they are not open. No one inside. I have been wanting to try their coffee every time I'm out here but this is the third time I come at their states opening hours and they are closed. The counter and menu are located immediately once past front door. Since they mostly cater to wholesale and alike, the business favors the trade for commercial purposes thus leaving very little room for comfort and convenience one is accustomed visiting conglomerate coffee houses. The menu is a medium sized chalk board that frequently changes but you can expect to find your high-end serves crafted by a gifted barista. I'm far from being a connoisseur and what I like the most when I do patronize, I can always expect to hold a lengthy conversation with barista and venture to "back of house" where the action in perfecting a roast occurs. This is probably one of the best (and underrated) coffee shops in the Inland Empire. First of all, they donate 10lbs of groceries with every coffee you buy. We love businesses who gives back to the community! I was craving something cold so I got a batch cold brew. It was really good. Second, I asked about their honey cinnamon latte and it is actually with local honey and cinnamon. Some coffee shops just do syrups but we love non-artificial flavors! Azelea (i mightve spelled it wrong) was at the register and she is super friendly! She def knows her coffee, the roasting process, and the flavors that goes into the coffee. She showed me the back where they roast their own coffee. Their beans come from all over the world--colombia, ethiopia, etc. The batch cold brew varies where it's from depending on the day. Thank you for showing me around & explaining the process! Lastly, they have free events and classes available on some days. There are also paid classes where you can learn how to do latte art and other fun coffee things. This place is small so only outdoor seating. But it's def a must to check out! As soon as you walk in you know you're in coffee paradise. The smell is incredible that you instantly get happy. My kids and I have made it out goal too visit as many coffee shop before we move out of California. Well it's a bummer I didn't discover Wild Goose sooner. I was in Redlands getting some stuff done for work, currently live in Apple Valley. I like to support small businesses and discover new coffee places so I decided to stop here before heading home. Let me tell you this, I got the Redline which is their cold brew, oat milk, and agave. As soon as it touched my lips, my brain instantly said "HOLY DANG! WTF is THIS?!" It's the best cold brew I've ever had and I'm also pretty sure this is the nectar of the gods. I frequent here on my way to school. The vanilla latte is a nice pick me up. Although I love Starbucks this coffee shop is much better. Service is always friendly. Coffee. Lots of choices. Fall seasonal pumpkin, peaches cream, etc. But I got the pumpkin. My friend got the regular vanilla latte. No good. Too acidic. The syrups were great. But the coffee was no noooooo. I'm very particular about coffee and this place did not get my approval. We literally just tossed our drinks. We also went next door to get sandwiches. I have been buying coffee from this small roastery for almost a year now. I have to say as an avid coffee drinker and enthusiast, I really love the coffee from here. Quality of the beans are a solid 5/5. No matter what method I use to make coffee from their beans whether it's with a v60, French press or Clevver. The cup of coffee I get is always very flavorful, clean and just tasty. Drinks 5/5. I have also had their batch brew, cold brew and iced lattes. Every cup I have purchased from this shop has always been just tasty. There isn't much more I can ask for than a tasty cup of coffee. The service is also great. The person who helps me is always nice and happy to make recommendations on both their drinks and beans. They always ask what I'm looking for and match something to my preferences. I'm a bit in shock? I'm positive in saying this is the best cold brew I've ever had; strongly suggest the Redline if you're a cold brew drinker. My only complaint is that I wish the sizes were bigger, but that's just me being greedy. My partner got the Gibraltar, which was surprisingly spectacular. It's one part espresso and milk and we both really enjoyed it. I usually only like sweetened coffee but I really did enjoy the flavor of this unsweetened espresso shot, it was simple and really smooth. I couldn't believe how easy and enjoyable it was to drink for it being a shot of espresso with steamed milk. The person making the coffee was really sweet but I'm pretty sure we were annoying the ever living daylights of our them with our intentionally ridiculous ways of trying to mispronounce Gibraltar to one another. Good sport for sure. This place isn't a really good place to stop and study at, the location is a bit odd and there's not too many choices to sit down and relax. Two tables inside and one of them was occupied with coffee things. Overall strongly suggest if you want to stop and grab a quick coffee!! read more

They basically do one thing here and they do it extremely well ... locally roasted beans, affordable prices (Quite a bit cheaper then most other locally roasted shops I have frequented where a drink can knock you back $7) and lattes that not only look good but taste good as well. I had the honey cinnamon latte and it was the bomb .. Just sweet enough to know that the flavors are there but not overpowering that would make you want to dilute. It's in a small shop in a office-industrial area but is easy to find. If I came by the area more often, I would definitely stop here to get my caffeine fix. They also sell a wide assortment of their own beans to take home. Kind of regret not grabbing a bag before I went back home. read more

Nate and his crew were busy when I arrived, what with a local news crew, a coffee tasting group, and walk in customers. I was privileged to sample a custom blend the group was trying, plus a short tour of the roaster, just as a batch of beans finished. Nate also invited me to taste an assortment of brews. The Tanzania and Ethiopian were my two favorites, which surprised me, as I tend to enjoy darker roasts.
