This is probably my favorite place for wings. Big, meaty, delicious wings. Burgers and fries are tasty also. I grew up on the west side and now live in northern ky so every time I'm over this way wild mikes is a must stop. The reviews below make me think I'm on another planet. I live really close to wild mikes, and ALWAYS smell the wings or fries around dinner time, so it's a hard temptation not to run in there. Since high school, many moons ago, the wings have been fried to an inch of their life and covered in a very wet sauce. I prefer my wings to be meaty and covered in a thick sauce. Wild Mikes delivers neither meaty wings (again, fried to an inch of their lives) and the sauce is basically 95% water. That said, the burgers are ok and the fries are great. It is a very "neighborhood" place where I'm sure people remember your name. That said, I'd rather go to Quaker Steak for my wings - higher quality and much better sauce! read more

Wings tasted great! The quality of meat definitely seemed better than BW3s or any other big chain. The only downsides I saw were the fact that their "hot" sauce was more or so "extremely mild" and after I took down their delicious wings, I pissed out my asshole for hours! read more

My husband and I love this place!!! The service is just okay. Our server wasn't the friendliest. She was a little rude when I asked for extra blue cheese, but I'll just request a different server next time because she was at the "charging station" the whole night. Other than that we loved hearing the cooks being loud and having a great time. They even took requests on songs! What a great environment it must be back there. We enjoyed the wings from here. They tasted good with good sauces. I did not like that we were unable to order 24 wings and split them into 3 different sauces, but we were able to order 3 orders of 8 wings with different sauces (costing us more money of course). Best wings on the West Side, hands down! Ate here back to back nights with my buddies that were visiting in town. I live on the Eastside, but these wings are worth the commute! They serve great local beers and the customer service is great. The original hot buffalo wing sauce is the way to go. Side these with their curly fires and you will have a mouth watering meal. Super sad to write a bad review on what used to be my favorite place to eat! The last 2 times I've ordered from here the wings have been complete trash and over cooked and this time my fry container wasn't even a 1/3 of the way full. It was pathetic for how much money it is to enjoy a meal here. Used to be worth every penny now don't even waste your time unless you want chewy disgusting wings or half your food missing from your container. One last thing was that I called in my food at 5:27pm they told me it would be until 6:15pm my food was ready, I understand popular restaurants get busy and have a ton of orders but when I showed up at 6:15pm to pick up my food the girl at the register proceeded to tell me it would be 20-30 more minutes! No apology or consideration to the lateness of the meal just proceeded to look around me and grab someone else to go in front of me to pay! Pretty rude and I hope this restaurant changes these few things. read more

Never again! Been going here for as long as I can remember. We had 11 in our party for a birthday. It was 7:30. They were unable to seat us together in the restaurant that only had 4 other tables occupied. Hmm? Our server had the most miserable disposition with a disgusted scowl to go with it. No matter our question or desire her response was curt. After the meal, we tried to order a piece of cake but we were told there wasn't any. Hmm? Our bill was over $140.00. I've had wings at Craft Wing House (Beechmont), BW3's, Wings & Rings, etc. and none of them come close to Wild Mikes. The wings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and the sauce is delicious. Their sauce is made in house, as well as their blue cheese dressing. I have NEVER had blue cheese dressing as good as this - EVER! Please give it a try - its a bit of a whole-in-the-wall but the food is a wonderful surprise!
