There are probably a half a dozen shops like this one closer to my house, but after going in to the Wild Side Smoke Shop I will drive the extra distance to make this my only shop that I go to. Sam must be the manager or owner or something he is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for better than I knew myself. The customer service was great and I'm sure everybody that works there knows what they're doing however I will always ask for Sam. Their juice bar has everything you can imagine and even some things you couldn't imagine. Stopped in here for the first time the other day while killing some time. They have a very large selection of different pieces, lots of very nice stuff. I wasn't planning on buying anything this particular day, but this little oil rig caught my eye sitting there on the shelf. The dude behind the counter offered to hook me up on the price even though it was already really cheap, so I went ahead and picked it up. went in tonight as a last minute decision with not too much money and a rad dude named sam working, not only did he help me out with the amount I had but he was super patient as I counted out change ! had tons of knowledge about all the products in the shop and some excellent reccomendations on papers even! balanced all the customers well and was super attentive and apologetic about the wait! so thankful to have a shop with glass that's not only beautiful but some rad artists featured! totally will come back in hopes that he will be working again! read more

I came here the other day while I was passing thru Simi, dope ass smoke shop here. There's pretty much something for everyone here, all different price ranges from the cheap throwaways to headies. Haven't been to this shop in awhile but just went in recently and it was awesome! they've changed a lot around and it is so much better/easier to find anything. The guy working when I was in was so nice and patient showing me everything I wanted. I mean I have had good experiences in here before but this was the best time yet. I went in for a battery, tried to return it the next day because it did not work, the blonde girl there was not very business like and would not return it even thought the really stoned guy I bought it from said I could if it did not work. The blonde called the manager, and even though I have spent hundreds of dollars there, they would not exchange a 10 dollar part. Lost a good customer, Wild Side. Hope it was worth it. I've been going to Wild Side for almost 2 years and I can honestly say that it is the best smoke shop in Simi. While it can be a bit pricey, it's worth it. The worst mask nazis I've ever seen in a smoke shop. These people will violate your constitutional and civil rights without question. I highly recommend giving your money to any other smoke shop. Went in and spent over an hour choosing a piece but came out with this sweet Simba glass with a frit disk diffuser, it milks so thick and smooth better then most large bongs imo, Got hooked up too, they're doing a black Friday sale at this time and got a super fat discount.
