It was toasted to the point of being rock hard; actually cut my lip on it. Otherwise the poboy was pretty good, just hard to eat. The wife enjoyed her burger, but it wasn't anything special. And neither of us cared much for their side of chips; it's clearly their attempt to be different by not serving the usual French fries. But in our opinions, it's a fail. They were neither a tasty potato chip nor a fry, but something in between, that even ketchup couldn't make tasty. Interesting place to visit once, but I doubt we'll be back.

Honestly, I would like to give this restaurant NO stars as their rating because we never got seated! (the system would not allow me to post without a rating) I called around noon on a Saturday to ask about seating for a large party for Saturday night for a birthday celebration. I was told there was not call ahead seating(which I certainly understand). The hostess that I spoke with told me that the best course for me was to have someone in my party to come about an hour before we wanted to be seated to put our name on the wait list. No problem! So myself and 2 friends showed up at 5:45 and put our name on the list for tables and was told we would wait approximately 45 min. Again, no problem! I understand it is Saturday night at a very busy time - that is why I called ahead for direction from the staff. We waited, watching the larger tables to be close to being cleared so I could notify my group, who were waiting close by (as to not take up all the waiting area) to the restaurant. As my party showed up, the 2 largest tables in the house were seated by other groups who had arrived after us. At this time, I had been there approximately 1 hour 10 min. I checked with the hostess and was given no reason as to why the other parties had been seated before me and was told they could not give me any estimation on when we could be seated. I have been there around 1 hour and a half. I asked for the manager and he looked into the situation and could not give me any resolution other than an apology and an offer of gift cards. We waited almost 2 hungry hours and were never seated and had to find alternate accommodations at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night - which was difficult at best. Needless to say, the birthday dinner was ruined and no one in our party will be returning to Wild Wing Cafe. read more

I ordered a fajita chicken salad W/o salad dressing (has enough toppings you know?). I was given house salad w/o the toast or salad dressing. Nasty. Was given a $5 discount for fajita salad which is still $1.50 more than the house salad with toast included. This place used to be great. It has fallen way off in recent years. Every time I talk myself into trying it again, hoping they've fixed their issues, I regret it. They're unorganized, out of many items, sometimes not even telling you they're out until you've waited 20 mins for your order. The Bloody Mary's was once great but are now terrible. Our server, who was also the bartender, came by right away for the drink order. We asked for a few minutes to look over the menu. A different server brought our drinks in about a minute and the bartender returned shortly and took our food order. We ordered off the "3 for me" limited special menu, each selecting one of the two different burgers. For the appetizer, we selected the chips and salsa and a cup of the loaded potato soup. Both arrived within a couple minutes. The chips and salsa are average at best. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce with some cumin added and the chips were cold, thin, and from a bag. There were a lot of chips though, so I guess that is good. The loaded potato soup was also average. It was somewhat creamy and there were a couple small pieces of potato included, but the volume was very small. No more than four or five spoonfuls. The burgers arrived after about 10 minutes, brought by another server. Both the QP and Smashburger were larger than expected. Each was cooked completely without being dry and were seasoned nicely. The other included items were fresh and plentiful. The bun also tasted fresh. The only real complaint here is there was more ketchup and mustard on the QP than necessary, which made a bit of a mess while eating. The accompanying fries were hot, fresh, and plentiful. Both burgers were quite good and certainly worth the special menu price, even with the less than stellar appetizers. Our bartender server was very good, as were the other two who brought the drinks and entrees. He remained watchful without intruding and made sure we had everything we needed, checking after each item was served. This was a good lunch experience.

We had a pleasant night and the food was absolutely amazing and the waitress was named Andrea and she was a pure pleasure. The owner/ was also amazing.
