The server replaced my lukewarm fries with another serving of more lukewarm fries. My wife got the Chicken Fingers with onion rings. Since she does not like spicy food she ordered them without seasoning or sauce. The "breaded" tenders contained no breading. This resulted in tough chicken. We also got charged fifty cents because we wanted no seasoning. The onions rings picked up the spiciness of the frying oil. While our server was friendly it could not overcome our dining experience. Overall I was super happy with my wild wing cafe experience! The only bummer is they were out of two of the sauces I wanted. Went to Wild Wing Cafe for first time in probable a year on 6/27 around lunch time. There was 5 tables total but still took 15 mins to order, never got our drinks ( had to go to bar to get them) and had to get my own refill. My wife got feathers which she said was good, I got nuggets and they tasted like they were under a heat lamp for hours. They were hard, the "sauce" was completely dry and so was the chicken. I did not order from here but a young lady came in to drop off a catering order for an office in my building (we have multiple medical offices and we're all independent of each other so when orders are placed, we don't know who ordered it) and when I tried to help her, she caught the NASTIEST attitude and was like "I've been all over this building and I'm tired of running around". When I tried to direct her to an office that might have ordered it, she cut me off and said, "I was told to come up here and I'm just following what I was told to do". We waited 15 minutes to be seated, 30 minutes for someone to come take our drink order (after I flagged down three employees and it got so bad a kitchen employee came out from the back to take our order), another 15 for drinks to actually get to our table (and three of the beers our table wanted ended up being out), 30 additional minutes to put our food order in, and then the wait for food to come out. (That waitress was assigned to a Birthday party that was going on simultaneously while I was there.) And I was charged for that - I'VE NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR EXTRA DRESSING WHILE DINING IN HERE. She (my supposed waitress) bought the check without asking if I needed anything - I had to stop her and ask for another glass of wine. Is this something new that I don't know anything about? It wasn't full at all in this restaurant and most of the people were either sitting at the bar or at the Birthday party. The food was tasty - no complaints. Service - much to be desired. We attended a "four course beer dinner" at WW last night. We had no idea what to expect. We were told to sit at the bar when we arrived. The bartender asked if we wanted to start with our Yuengling or another beer. We asked what was included in the beer dinner. It was two beers -- Yuengling and Yuengling Hershey Porter. The dinner also included an appetizer (3 to choose from), wings (your choice of sauce), sliders (chicken or beef) and fried dough for dessert. Husband and I both ordered Buffalo chicken dip for our appetizer. It was really good -- better than the one I make at home and mine is always a hit! It was very heavy on the chicken. Wings were fine but I was surprised they were all the same and just came with a side of sauce. I thought they would be cooked in sauce or at least tossed in sauce at the end. I ordered the chicken sliders. The chicken was similar to a big Chick-fil-a nugget. We were too full for the fried dough -- took it home to our son. This place never disappoints on the food! Those wings are always consistently great! I had the 'feathers' which is part of their 'lighter grilled' option. You can order 4 or 6 chicken tenders. You can have the sauce on the side or they toss them in a sauce for you. They also let me pick 2 sauces so they put one sauce on 2 tenders and another sauce on the other 2 tenders. I appreciated that and it was actually the server who suggested it since I was torn between two sauces. The feathers also come with one side, which was a great deal for the price. He had 12 hot wings. We loves wings and this is his favorite place to get them. We stopped by on a Friday at 2pm, so a bit of an 'off time', but we still had to wait for a hostess to seat us and wait again for a server to take our order. On the recommendation of a friend, wanted to try this place. We tried to order online, for 5 people. 50 wings, and a variety of other items. Each time we tried to place the order, the site kept coming back stating one of the sauces we selected was not available. So we removed that specific sauce, retried placing the order. Same thing, another sauce was not available. Over, and over and over. If so many items are not available, why not just state that in the menu? We never were able to successfully place the order. So, I sent an email to corporate explaining exactly what happened. Their web developers really need to fix these bugs, it's costing the company customers. But their tech support wanted me to continue the troubleshooting for them. Pure laziness. I am the CUSTOMER, not your employee, and I vote for my favorite businesses with my money. Strangely though, I was ordering the same thing I had before during my first time which was a to go order. The to go order veggie burger was absolutely amazing. It was one of the best I've had. That is what the third star is. So...I'll have to try it a third time for the final verdict. My boyfriend got wings and he seemed to really enjoy them.
